I will be hosting breakfast for new teachers in my district in a couple of weeks. Traditionally my association provides breakfast and it is fruit, bagels, pastries...
Obviously it needs to be different this year. I have some packaged plastic utensils from take out we ordered during sip to use, but i need ideas.
I know i used to be able to get individual cream cheese cups, but I haven't seen them lately.
What other ideas do you have
And before people come back with we shouldn't be gathering, this is for new teachers who will be doing in person learning a week later, so that ship will have sailed.

Individual Babybel cheese, grapes, packages of sliced apples, pre sliced bagels from NYC or Montreal, Sargento has snack packs out with cheese cubes and nuts. They are a bit pricey, but perhaps worth it if it's just a few people. I see them on sale a lot. Pre rolled mozzarella and prosciutto sticks.

If you have any chain stores that do bagel's (Einsteins, Panera etc) you might find out what options they have with individual packaging that accommodate current needs.

Wrapped muffins from Costco? I think they sell them in cases of 24 with concession stands in mind.

Yogurt cups, individually packaged mini muffins and coffee cakes, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches in the frozen section at the grocery store are individually wrapped. My grocery store sells in store made individual serving fresh fruit cups. Good luck!

Costco sells individual cream cheese. Not cups, but packs like mayo packs.

Nice job setting this up. It isn't something I've set up yet since it's usually set for a time that isn't easy for my to deliver. Sigh.

Starbucks has those sous vide egg bites. They're really good. Sometimes I get them in the lidded oatmeal cups because they don't have the little baggies. You could ask for them to be put in the oatmeal cups.
They are a bit expensive, but they're hot and different than the usual breakfast fare. They have spinach and roasted red pepper, bacon gruyere, and my favorite, ham, cheddar, and peppers (bell).
I'd get some of those Otis Spunkmeyer packaged muffins.

Does it all have to be individually packaged? What if you had a person serving things like pastries, wearing gloves and putting them on plates for people to take?
