Several years ago I bought some strong ziplock bags on ebay that I use for storing paper packs in once a collection has started to be cut out so I don't lose all the bits and pieces. I have just been searching and cant seem to find anything similar.
Does anybody know where you can buy these? I did find 18 at a scrapbook shop here in Australia- 50c each but with postage added quite expensive. I would like to buy 30-50 if possible.
Thanks Corinne

I brought my 12x12 ziplock bags at a 'plastics' shop called The Plastic Box. Not sure if you have something similar in Aussie (I'm in NZ)

Try searching for 2 gallon zipper storage bags. I could find them on US amazon. They're a little bigger than 12x12, mostly they seem to be 13x15, but they'd need to be about that size to fit the paper you want to store. I can find them at the Dollar tree here; I think there are 2 or 3 bags in a box for $1.

Never would have thought to put gallon in the search. Wish me luck! Thank you Corinne

I also use the 2 gallon ones. Every grocery store I've been at has them.
I like the extra room because I usually store my embellishments with my paper and I just slip everything into the same bag.

Wow! I did not know I had a supply of these bags in my house! A few months ago my dsil picked up groceries for me, and instead of Large Ziploc freezer bags, he bought EXTRA LARGE. I had thanked him and put the little box of ten away, but after reading this thread I pulled it out and whaddaya know? They are the PERFECT size for 12 x 12 collections!

The Hefty brand bags are 2.5 gallons, which provide a little extra room for paper pads. 😃
