I am a blubbering wreck. OMG. I was not expecting that Mr Rogers wasn't really a thing in the UK, I feel cheated. Pass the tissues.

I saw it a few months ago when cinemas were still a thing. I went with my Samaritans shift partner, and we both loved how so much of what Mr Rogers said was Samaritans philosophy - "it’s good to talk" and "sometimes we have to ask for help and that’s okay". We both loved this film so much.

I sobbed through it, because it was too close to home regarding my son and his family

I bought it when it was available in digital on Amazon and I still haven’t been able to watch it.
My Poppa and Mr Rogers could have been twins. The way they dressed, their looks, their faith, personalities, similar family background. All of it.
Just the trailer made me cry the first time I saw it. Eventually I’ll watch it there will probably be wine and A LOT of Kleenex involved.

I know I can't watch it. Me. Rogers was the closest thing I had to a childhood therapist and I have a lot of emotion about him. I'd ugly cry through the whole movie, I know!

I loved the movie. It was brilliantly done and I just loved it. Did I mention how much I enjoyed it?

Loved it and I read an interview with the reporter portrayed in the film. He said Mr. Rogers was exactly as we saw him on TV. I wonder what Mr. Rogers would say to children about what the state of events are today.
