I designed my own pages basically, in a format that suited me rather than using any official product. You could do the same thing with the digital stamp or digital cards if you wanted to. You would just need to make a canvas on Photoshop or other package and put two side by side. I printed them double sided at home on premium printer paper, cut them down, created a cover and stapled it using a magnetic stapler to bind. Hope that helps a little. Tabbed dividers would be really cute. Thanks. I have an old version of Photoshop Elements 8 I haven't installed on my laptop and I'm not even sure if it would be compatible. For the few times I use it and it's usually basic stuff, I don't know if it's worth getting a newer version.

This will be year nine for me, I believe. I really, really love this project. My first year was a hot mess, I did everything all myself and the. photos were crap, but it doesn't stop me from loving it! It's funny how the design/cohesiveness reflects my state of mind for each year - messy for those years when things weren't so great and clean, simple, beautiful for those years when life was better.

Does the year I prepped the album but never actually did it count? I was so excited about the idea but sadly realized there is hardly much specific to document about our December.

I started in 2008 but had trouble finishing them until 2015. I have 4 finished albums, several half-finished, and a couple not-yet-started. I am similar. I did my first Journal Your Christmas in 2007 and loved it! I have 5 other fully complete albums. I have albums for all the other years in various states of completion, including not even started.

I have done it consistently every year since 2015, but I actually started in 2012. I loved it in 2012, but didn't have the time in 2013 so I just included daily cards in my project life. In 2014 I wasn't in a place to really document the holiday season in that way so I skipped it, but I've loved it ever since and plan to continue to making an album annually.
I did create 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 using Ali Edwards 6x8 albums. I switched it up in 2018 and did a 4x6 mini using a Jamaica Makes album. I think my plan is to switch it up and only go with the AE 6x8 every other year so I can have a little variety in my collection. I love the AE supplies/crafty style of the album, but it's too much to do it every year for me... and I just love the eclectic look of having various album styles on the shelf over the years. This year I think I'm going with a digital photo book!

I started in 2009 but only 2015-2018 are completely finished. I have to go back and finish the the others up eventually if I can track down photos for some of the older ones.
2009 - I made a mini album but filled in less than a quarter of the pages 2010 - can't find or didn't do 2011 - gave up after base pages 2012 - Basic Grey 2013 - Cosmo Cricket 2014 - October Afternoon (all base pages down, photos printed, just have to assemble) 2015 - Ali Edwards (DONE) 2016 - Ali Edwards and Heidi Swapp mix (DONE) 2017 - PinkFresh Studio (DONE) 2018 - White, Red and Gold theme - mix of a bunch of designers (DONE) 2019 - Muttcracker, dog themed (base pages done, photos printed - plan is to get this finished before October) 2020 - will be Pretty Little Studio Christmas mix from my stash plus a few new pieces I ordered from the new collection
If I never scrap anything else, I will always do a DD. I love them so much.

I’m attempted one in 2018 because of the excitement on this board. Never finished it. I’m going to take a different approach for 2019 since I need December in a separate album (already up to 3 12x12s 😳 tgrough October)

I have a Cricut Expression with SCAL software. I plant to get one when it finally dies. I'll do some searching though and see if there's a way to use my software.

As long as it still works I won't be upgrading anytime soon.

You print on whatever printer you have. You just can't cut without a silhouette machine.

5 completed albums. First one in 2011. I’ve completed albums for the last 3 years. Last night I looked at the second album I ever made, the memories were so sweet. Glad I had them down.

Technically my first year I bought the kit was 2014 but I used the kit on a November vacation to Seattle so it didn't really fit. I just wanted to use the kit so bad. I just finished rehoming that project into a Life Crafted album from Citrus Twist with appropriate supplies lol. But I guess my first official year of doing a holiday album was 2015. So 5 years!

I started in 2016 so this will be my 5th December Daily, all 6x8 albums. I love it (although I think I love it a little TOO much if you look at my list of "stuff" that I want to order from Ali tomorrow morning!).

I did one December album back in 2015 because I wanted to document our first Christmas after we moved across the country in a special way.
Then I’ve done it every year since then because I loved it so much.
My December album is a mix of December Daily, Journal Your Christmas, and just pretty decorated pages. It’s the only album I do in 6x8 size.
I don’t really care if I retell the same Christmas stories, or if I don’t have a story for that day. I love Christmas and I love this project, so I just do what I want.

I have 21 years contained in 3 6x8 books. I started 3 years ago maybe, and I add 2 to 4 more pages each year.

I did a 30 Days of Thankful 8 x 8 album in 2014 after a long hiatus from scrapping, and followed it with a 6x8 December Daily, the two got me back into scrapping. I really enjoyed them both, and have attempted to start another of each at various points in the ensuing years, but never made it past the first few days.
I think that my small family’s traditions and celebrations are pretty much the same each year, Ds is grown and living on his own, no grandkids yet, so DD for me is kinda boring. I do include holiday pages in my yearly 12x12 PL album. But that doesn’t stop me from getting caught up in the DD hoopla, and I love looking at everyone’s pages.
