I change my home screen about every 10-14 days but my lock screen has been the same since Sept. 28 of last year. It's my family at our DDs wedding. My home screen is usually a pic I took. I've been using an app (Prisma) lately that gives the pic an effect and I can make it look like a painting, etc.
I’m assuming you like the Prisma app? Is there a learning curve with it?

The background on my phone is a picture of my kids in my favorite place on earth - Tuolumne Meadows. I think it’s been there for a year or two. I rarely change my background on my laptop - probably every few years. It’s usually a nature photo I took.

I don't use anything special on my phone. For my computer, I use a nature pic that I have taken. I might change once a year. Currently have a shot of the Atlanta Botanical Gardens on my laptop.

We usually have family pictures taken on our summer vacation and I use those. My home screen is my kids and my lock screen is a family photo. Since there was no family vacation this year, I'm not sure if I will change them out or not.

My wallpaper is solid black. I do use a cute picture of our cat on my lock screen that I've been using for years, and I change my desktop icons fairly often.

My phone wallpaper and lock screen are both pictures of my dog. I haven't changed the pictures in quite a while because I like the ones on it, and they fit well. My laptop wallpaper is one my DH made that is a picture of the shar-pei we had before we lost her to cancer, and a picture of our dog now, both looking out the front door.

On my phone: Same one. I never change it. Solid color, it's easier for me to my notifications on the locked screen that way. On my desktop computer: I have a snow - ski trails scene. I like looking at the snow, it makes my hot flashes feel better.

I've tried a few on my iPhone, but my favourite is a sunset photo I took on holiday last year. It doesn't look too busy behind the icons, and the sun is exactly in the middle between the 2nd and 3rd row of icons. Perfect.

Mine had been the same picture for months. I saw this thread and it prompted me to change my lock screen to my favorite family photo I have ever taken of us. 😁.
For my wall I usually use a blurry or Somewhat desaturated image So that it’s still pretty but my apps pop off the screen at me. Right now I have a pink sunset at the beach. I should change it soon though, getting bored with the pink. 😄

I’m assuming you like the Prisma app? Is there a learning curve with it? Yes, I like it. There's not much to learn. You go to Library and there aren't a ton of free filters but I've chosen the ones that I like. They're then on the page with my picture, I apply the filter, see if I like it and save it. Pretty easy. You can also adjust exposure, contrast, etc once you have the filter. It's pretty self explanatory. Just remember the filter labeled Lensa takes you to the page to buy the app. It's free, so check it out. I'm sure the pay version has a ton of cool things but I haven't tried it.

My daughter takes weird, often grotesque selfies and changes out my wallpaper frequently when I am not looking. I pretend to get disgusted, she thinks it's hilarious. She is almost 13 and I will take what I can get
