Do you stick with an image you like for a long while? Or change it out frequently?
Is it usually an image you took, or a family photo?
Is there a rhyme or reason for your choice, or is it all random whim?
I used to be quite deliberate with my devices wallpaper, using the images as a reflection of who I am in a way.
Now, as soon as an intriguing image comes my way, I screen capture and it’s my new wallpaper. Sometimes they only last a day. Maybe my attention span is getting shorter?
And as I take a lot of photos, it was a point of pride that I used one of my own. Now I don’t care, I just switch it all constantly. Whatever strikes my fancy.

For the past 17 months, my wallpaper has been a photo of my granddaughter. I change it out every so often, usually when my son sends me a new photo that is so cute I can't resist. I think my current one is about a month old, so I should ask him for some more pics.

Literally just yesterday I found out you can change the wallpaper on WhatsApp - who knew? On my phone I tend to have a recent photo of my grandson which I change when I get another particularly nice one

I'm a weirdo... My kindle still has whatever default background it came with.

Another with a photo of my grandchild. I usually swap it out every few months now that she’s older. When she was really small it changed very frequently.

Not all the time, but often enough and they almost always correspond with the current season in some way. Right now it's a photo from an IG story from someone I follow (she designs for Studio Calico and lives on a farm) who takes the most amazing landscape pictures. Sometimes its a vacation photo or a stock image that comes with the phone. There are also a few scrapbook companies that post some of their paper patterns on IG for you to screenshot and use.

I'm probably the odd one out who doesn't use a photo as my wallpaper. I use one of the generic Apple wallpapers and never change it. I like my home screen to look clean and simple so choose a relatively plain one. The odd time I have tried a photo I find it too distracting. The icons block the photo and the photo blocks the icons. Too messy for me haha.

Yes. On all my devices it is always a photograph I took of wildlife. Since May, it’s been pictures of the baby owls I’ve been photographing.

I’ve only changed it once. After I lost DH I switched my iPad and phone to my favorite picture of him, that’s never going to change.

I try to change mine on the first day of every month. I just themes I download from Microsoft. What I use is based on the month of the year.

Beach photo on my phone has been there probably 5-6 years. I use my very old ipad very infrequently and that has a puppy picture of one of our dogs. I've never updated and it's too cute now to update.

I generally did beach photos until I got a grand baby. Now that little four month old is the star of all my devices.

I've had the same wallpaper since visiting Disney in April 2017. It's a photo of the wall of memories (colored balls that kind of look like bowling balls) from the waiting area for meeting Joy and Sadness from the movie Inside Out.

No hardly ever. Once I found one I’ve kept it for years. I like it because I can still see the apps. Once in a blue moon, I may change my lock screen and it’s a nature photo. I prefer not to have people as my lock or background photos just due to privacy.

I downloaded all kinds of images/patterns I liked to use as wallpaper or the lock screen, thinking I’d change them seasonally or as the mood struck. But in reality I keep the exact same ones all the time, images I just really like and am used to.
No kids or grandkids, so it might be different if I had those.

No, hardly ever. I pick a favorite and keep it for long periods of time (Like years, or forever.)
The two on my phone are one of each of our two pups. The ones on my laptop and desktop are Kauai and/or Telluride, CO landscape photos.

I change my lock and background on my phone quite every few months, whenever it strikes me or a photo makes me think to change it. Always scenes or flowers.

My wallpaper has been a picture of my cat for years now. Now that I’m having a baby I’m sure they will be the main focus of all things on my phone! My lock screen is a photo of my husband and I from a Christmas party last year.

My iPhone background has been the same for almost as long as I’ve had this phone. I rarely change background photos on any of my devices.

I've had the same background on my laptop since we saw the Despicable Me 2 movie (its a scene from the movie). I've even gotten a new laptop since then and I kept it because none of my photos worked because of the wide screen. Otherwise I usually keep the default background on devices or pick one and keep it.

I change my home screen about every 10-14 days but my lock screen has been the same since Sept. 28 of last year. It's my family at our DDs wedding. My home screen is usually a pic I took. I've been using an app (Prisma) lately that gives the pic an effect and I can make it look like a painting, etc.

well I just had to go check what I've got as my wallpaper and home screen so I'd say no lol. The wallpaper has been bearded Chris Evans as Cap for awhile now, and the home screen is Volcano bay, so I must have switched that out when we were there last year. It's my happy place in terms of I felt so peaceful sitting there listening to DS play in the wave pool and hearing the water. I have another photo in my office area/dining room to remind me to be at peace. I'll change it out once I'm not spending so much time in this room I suspect.
