My supervisor told us today she is taking a job in another division. This just kills me, she was absolutely wonderful. You don't get sups like that very often. Our whole team was shocked, we are telecommuters so this was all over the phone. I have never seen any person I work with or for. She made the announcement and there was just stunned silence. I can only hope the take one of the senior members from our team and fill her position. I am just sick over this, at least she will be happy and making more money. We tried to be happy for her, but she was choking back tears and it was hard. We all did wish her good luck. It just sucks losing someone good to work for.

I went through that a couple of years ago. The guy was amazing and it was awesome to go to work even though it was high stress.
Unfortunately When He left, incompetent, bat-shit crazy took over. It was hell.
I hope your new sup is just as good as your last one.

It's almost like losing a member of the family, isn't it? I hope your next supervisor is as good as your last.
