Hi all, I had to share this latest research study of vitamin D and prostate cancer and a Fox News press release link. The study was performed by my DH. Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to get a grant to fund this project. Hopefully, this press release may help.

Interesting. I hope it helps some. I know that Vitamin D didn't help someone I am close to who was diagnosed with an advanced, aggressive prostate cancer. This person gets LOTS of sun. But, if it helps others, that's awesome!

I hope the press release helps draw attention to the need for funding. And, that funding is secured. Your husband is doing important work, you must be super proud of him. Please keep us updated on the funding and the study.

Thanks so much for the replies.... vitamin d is also good for women, too. So a little bit of sunshine is good.
