Tomorrow I'm going into a staffing agency to finish my application in person. What would I wear!?

Something business casual. A pair of pants with a blouse or sweater. Not something incredibly formal for this type of thing.

I worked in a staffing agency as my first job out of college. I can tell you that the people who came in and treated it as a real interview (it was), and dressed that part... those people were usually the first to get placed in jobs. I knew immediately that they not only had the necessary skills to be successful, but they understood how to act and dress in a business environment. Those were the people who got the best placements and were most likely to turn into permanent hires, which benefitted them, both companies, and me.
While a suit probably is not necessary, I'd step it up from business casual. If you want business placements, dress like you would on the job site.

Treat it like an interview and wear business dress.
