I'm miserable. My clothes don't fit right, I'm tired/fatigued, I'm making HORRIBLE choices... Today is the day. I have been a WW member in the past, and did really well. So well in fact that I got pregnant after losing a BUNCH of weight and finally being healthy. That won't be happening this time though! I have signed up for the online version for now, the studios are still not open around here which is ok since I'm not sure about timing anyway since I work, have extra curriculars with the kids, etc. Today is my 493,758th DAY ONE. LOL Anybody else following WW? Would you participate in a daily thread? I (or anyone else really) could start one where we could share recipes, trials, victories, support? I'm doing the Green Plan.

I'm a member, been paying for online membership for a while now. I just cannot get excited to track, but I hate the way I am carrying this weight. I would be happy to join, and hope I could help inspire, as well as be inspired. Im not always on the board every day, but I will try.
I lost over 50 lbs when I had my last baby (15 yrs ago!) but when the plans changed, I just derailed and never got back to it.
I am currently on Blue.

Yes, I am on blue. I switched over to online only last week. My studio is open limited hours and you have to reserve a space and I don't do 730 am Saturday meetings... and the zoom meetings were getting awkward. But I've been gaining/losing the same five pounds since March. I would try to participate-- I do better with group accountability-- though I'd probably never remember to start the thread. By the by, the new triple chocolate mini snack bar is GREAT (my new favorite snack bar, dethroning the chocolate PB one), and I discovered that I really like the hummus chips. Bridget in MD, do you have the app? Are you familiar with the "wins" rewards? That's some days the only thing that keeps me going. I will track to earn $15 in shop credit for the aforementioned tasty snacks.

I've been a WW in the past, and lost my initial 60 lbs with them doing the online program. I've lost an additional 40 lbs doing a variety of things. I did lose another 50 lbs but I've managed to find that again. I've restarted trying to lose that 50 lbs last week. I'm not doing any type of program, just trying to cut way back. I'm totally up for a thread!!

I'm an on again/off again WW of many years. I was at my goal but my weight has been slowly creeping up since Covid. I need to deal with it before it gets out of hand and before the holidays come. It's not bad right now...just a few pounds up but I know how that can go. I had set an upper limit and this weekend I was over it and it kinda freaked me out. I'm online only and haven't been to meetings in years. Right now, I'm not tracking but when I am I follow the purple plan. I do love it and eat that way most of the time whether I am tracking or not.

I will track to earn $15 in shop credit for the aforementioned tasty snacks. I have the app but I don't know about Win Rewards! Where do I find that info? I'm sorry, they're Wellness Wins. I have android, so if you have apple your app may look a little different, but... Click on the little present icon in the bottom toolbar (I have a calendar, present, group of three people, one person, and a bell as icons.) At the top, it should show your total WellnessWins, and then an option to browse rewards. You earn 5 points a day for tracking breakfast, lunch, dinner, and activity. Right now, they have a thing where if you track breakfast three days in a row, you get 10 bonus wins. (Not sure how those accumulate once you get on a streak.) I'm also not 100% clear on how it works for online only, but I think you also earn 50 wins for tracking your weight each week. (When I was going to workshops, you'd get 50 points once they closed out the workshop for the day. When covid hit, we still got 50 points for tracking weight each week. I'm not super paying attention, but I think you still get 50 for a weight each week.) The rewards start at 1500 wins, but it seems to add up really quickly. I've redeemed for one reward, which was a cute little portable battery that looks like a snack bar. (I am a sucker for adorable packaging.) Tier one has things like a $15 online credit, a recipe cook, travel shoe bags, and a food donation if you don't need any more stuff. Honestly, this was a pretty good reminder for me. I think I should track my lunch.

I am. First time I have ever done a weight loss plan. I was using My Fitness Pal to track everything back in July and I could not lose a lb. It was so frustrating. I did not cheat and was exercising 4-5 times a week and did not lose a lb. I was ready to give up. I was thinking why am I starving myself if the weight isn't going to change but decided try WW because a friend of mine was having a lot of success with it.
So I joined WW at the beginning of September. It put me on purple. I have now lost 9 lbs. I do think that what I was doing before I joined WW helped reset my metabolism and once I joined WW, the weight started to fall off. It has started to level off now, but I'm going to keep at it. I want to lose another 15 lbs. I gained 25 lbs when we moved two years ago. I got depressed and basically sat on the couch for a year and a half. This is the most I have ever weighed not counting pregnancies. I really want to be down another 10 lbs by Thanksgiving.

I had just hit 50lbs lost before covid exploded. Gained back 17 during shelter in place. I got back on track 2 weeks ago and have lost around 8-10. I had jaw surgery this morning and am on a soft food diet for 3 weeks. Soft foods basically are carbs, so I wll do my best with that!

I have done WW multiple times over the years, even making Lifetime at one point. The weight has always ended up coming back. This last time I was doing online for 2 years, lost 15 lbs and could not get past that so I dropped it. Earlier this summer I tried iTrackBites which is basically the same as WW. The basic plans are free, with a couple of the plans being $30/year (a much better price than WW). Just could not get back into tracking. I was over it. So a few weeks ago I joined the NO BS program after listening to the free Losing 100 Pounds with Corinne podcasts. I finally realized that it is time for me to get to the bottom of why I am over eating and unable to follow through with the tracking. Time will tell, but I am already seeing changes in my thinking and choices. No matter the program you choose, I recommend that you check out the free Losing 100 Pounds podcasts, as well as check out the Phit-N-Phat(PNP) free program. Good luck to all of you trying to lose weight!

I joined WW (again) in January. Was really enjoying the meetings pre Covid. The zoom meetings aren’t the same but I am sticking with it. Our leader comes in early, and there are about 5-6 of us that will chat before the meeting starts.... I find that really helpful
I am down 60lbs (still a long way to go). Really need to try to add some exercise in
Good luck

Hello all!
I just started Blue online on Monday.
I did WW about 20 years ago and made lifetime, but I was hungry all of the dang time! I can see that the program focuses more on "real" food, filling foods and protein now, so I'm hoping it goes better this time.
Experienced app users--is there an easy way to change the day or the meal if I track something in the wrong place? And if I've previously eaten something, is there a way to bring it up instead of "quick adding" it again? Thanks!

I just rejoined Monday. The 3 months free was a no brainer for me. I did WW over 20 years ago. Lost and reached Lifetime. Over time, I gained it back and then some. I don't blame that on the program. I take full responsibility for not being better at watching what I was eating. I don't like how I look in my clothes. Most of my clothes don't fit. So I'm doing this again. I've tried other things (Keto, Inter Fast, etc). I couldn't get in the groove of those.
I know WW and know it works. I'm Green right now. Getting the hang of the app and enjoying it.
I would like to try and participate in a WW thread.

Hello
I’m totally up for a thread. I lost 50lbs 3 years ago, and but since COVID have not tracked and gained 14lbs and it needs to go, I’m a Gold member (UK) and on the purple plan.
I tracked this morning, so it’s a start

I've been doing the blue plan for a few months now. I'm here for an accountability thread!
I actually ordered something yesterday with my WellnessWins points. (A key chain to put the charms on that they send for 5lb, 10lb etc losses.)

Welcome fellow No BS woman! Thanks! I am only 2 weeks in but loving it so far. What has been your favorite take away from the program? Well, I have been rolling in the think/do/feel cycle and the model for years now, having once been in Self-Coaching Scholars at The Life Coach School, as well as in Finally First with Suzy, which is also an LCS trained coach, so... for me, being able to understand that I alone am in control of my thoughts and feelings (no one else "makes" me feel anything) has literally been life changing. But specific to No BS, I have learned why I overate at parties, why I would overeat/overdrink with DH and my kiddos at certain places/events, and I have really put that work to use in making conscious decisions about how I live my life. The program has allowed me to get to my fighting weight, and stay there, without counting a darn thing. Love it!

Hi guys! Longtime (20+ years) WW member. On and off. Made lifetime. Even worked for WW for a bit. Gained weight back. Lost some of it. Gained it back. Lots of yo yo weight losses and gains. I'm finally working my way back down again after getting a medical diagnosis where regaining lost weight is a risk factor. Now more than ever it's critical for me to settle into a healthy lifestyle to avoid symptoms.
I loosely follow WW guidelines but also have been practicing intermittent fasting and intuitive eating. I would definitely jump into any threads related to WW/healthy lifestyle.

I'm interested! I rejoined WW on January 1 and I'm down 42 pounds so far. I'm on the Blue plan. Rather than a daily thread, since there aren't many of us, how about a weekly thread instead? That would make it easier to Bookmark so we can get notifications when someone posts rather than trying to find a new thread each day.

keithurbanlovinpea and **GypsyGirl**, I joined No BS a couple of weeks ago as well. jeremysgirl was my inspiration! As for WW, I fully believe it works. I lost 72 pounds with them a good while back and even worked for them for a while. I gained most of it back because I was lazy about doing it. My other challenge with doing WW now is that the counting points is too difficult with my lifestyle now. I am hopeful the No BS angle will work for me better considering where I am in life. But I think WW is great if it works with your life!

I thought about trying WW again but decided to track my macros first and see how that went. So far I haven’t been consistent. I’ve been really busy and was eating out way too much the last few months. Like everyone else, I am not feeling my best and really need to get back to eating healthier.

ou should just be able to click on the food entry and get a screen where you can change date or meal. If you can't figure it out, lmk an Thank you! I've been experimenting. Sometimes I get that screen, sometimes I don't. It looks like it only works with "database" foods and recipes and items that have been scanned in, not with quick adds.

I'm pretty sure you're right, chendra. With Quick Add foods, I only get the option to change the meal time on the same, but never the actual meal day. When I enter a Quick Add food item/meal on the wrong day, I just delete it and create it again for the correct day.
