Thanks for keeping this going Kelly!! This weeks goals: Sunday- spin β Monday- 5km walk β Didn't happen π£ Tuesday- spin/weights β Didn't happen π£ Wednesday - planned day off β spin β π Thursday -spin β Friday- spin Saturday - 5Km walk I throw in yoga/stretching everyday because it feels good The spin class is only 20-30 minutes. That's all that I can take at this point π€£ Weights will be light since it's the first time in a long time. Have a great, active week everyone.

I'm traveling this week, so not sure how much yoga/weights will be happening. Mileage on foot will be no biggie - and my view will be better! Headed to our place on the Gulf.

Another first timer here. My goals this week are morning walks all four work days (weβre off Fri) and an added evening mile loop on two of the four. Hoping for a longer walk or hike somewhere new on the weekend!

Good morning!
This week is already off to a great start. I did my first Sunday workout yesterday! Iβm on track to get four crossfit classes in this week!
Todayβs workout looks really intimidating so it will be interesting to see how we modify it for my abilities.

I'm on the 8th and final week of a Peloton challenge FINALLY!!!! So I have 3 Peloton rides I have to do and then I'll work in some resistance band training as well. Trying to squeeze in as much as I can this week since I'll be going to New Orleans next week. Gotta build up some calorie stores since I'm sure I'll be eating my weight everyday while I'm there!

Oh wow, the Gulf, New Orleans, you all will have to let us live vicariously and tell us about your lovely spots. I am setting a goal of 10,000 steps a day. I got them in today even though we walked in a misty rain.

TUESDAY:Didn't get any exercise done. WEDNESDAY:Aerobics and walk done. Felt good get back on track today.

I ran on the trail yesterday. First time since the robbery last week. There were lots of people around and 2 police cars in the parking lots.
Iβll go again sometime this week along with yoga, weights, spinning & walking.
The weekend is almost here!

Iβve hit the gym Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. Today Iβm doing my inbody test and hoping to see some weight loss and muscle gain.
Tomorrow will be my fourth gym day this week.

I'm having a good week - Monday - 11,945 steps Tuesday - 11,345 steps Wednesday - 18,661 steps (usual walk with daughter, walk with friend and leaf raking)
Today's weather (Thursday) is spectacular and it is over 6000 already. See you all for a final check in tomorrow.

Oops, it's Friday already and I haven't checked in. I'm usually peaing on my phone, and it's hard to type. So, I had two great runs this week so far, and today is a walk with a friend. I need to get in a third run tomorrow. I took an extra rest day yesterday because I was sore and tired. Totally helped -- I feel great this morning.
I just can't believe how far I've come in 12 weeks. I started with week #1 vowing to walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Now I'm run/walking 3.5 miles three times a week, and walking or biking or strength training two days.

So happy for you and glad you have been apart of this journey with me for 12 weeks!!!! I have definitely gotten stronger, too.
