"An Associated Press analysis reveals that in 376 counties with the highest number of new cases per capita, the overwhelming majority β 93% of those counties β went for Trump, a rate above other less severely hit areas. Most were rural areas in Montana, the Dakotas, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa and Wisconsin." I don't understand it. We could have done so much better with the virus, saving so many lives. We don't have many tools right now, but if we actually used them, it would make a big difference. Instead, politicians are fighting the doctors and scientists who are trying to save lives. I'm feeling so sad about everything right now.
I just found out about half an hour ago that my best friend's mom isn't expected to make it through the night from Covid. She is such an incredibly nice lady. I've known her for more than 30 years. Genuinely curious - what could have been done differently with the virus.
