My son came home from the Air Force over the summer which is great. He temporarily moved back home with us until he figured out what his plans were. First it was working and no school. Then he decided, it's a little rough out there.. AND he gets paid a pretty penny to go to school. He can have his own place and the only bills he will have is maybe a car payment. He will be paid enough to cover rent and utilities. He doesn't use a credit card to my knowledge so other than his truck payment, phone and insurance those are his only bills. That mostly should be paid for. He will still work part time at Lowes for spending money.
ANYWAYS, he's crashing in my scrapbook room and I haven't set foot in that disaster of a room. I really want to reorganize it before I jump back into my crafts. I do have a lot of stuff in there, so I really want to make it so it doesn't look so cluttered. It's a big room. I do have a spare bed in there that we need to keep for company.
Isn't there a website that I can put in what I have and move around? Like a blueprint?
Any suggestions would be great.. I can post pics later.. It's a long room. So a typical bedroom is like 10x12.. this room is probably like 10x20? 10x18??.. two windows on long wall, and a closet on one short wall, the door across from one of the windows on the long wall. Not that you can see it... I am just thinking out loud I guess.

Ikea has a room design program on their website. Not sure how easy it is to use but it is free.

I went old school and used grid paper and made furniture blocks of paper so I could move them around.

There used to be a classroom planner for teachers online, but yeah, paper is easier! Congrats, that's exciting!

Use Power Point. Measure the room and furniture and draw it to scale. Then you can move furniture around. Or do old school
