Our newspaper said they particularly need people over age 65.
Volunteers do NOT get exposed to Covid19...they are testing the vaccine.
Apparently I was declined. DH got a call on Wednesday to come to the lab on the 22nd and begin the process for him. I have received no such call. According to the widget that the NYT created to make a guess on when a person will get the vaccine, it will be late in the summer before I will get a vaccine. That was before Moderna was approved, so perhaps earlier now that 2 vaccines are available.

I just got a call---I have been accepted into the trial for this company's vaccine.
It will last 2 years. I will be paid mileage from my home to the lab where I will receive the product.
