I don't get this whole objection to "cancel culture". In real life, when someone is a nasty person and treats me or others like crap, I'm done with them. I don't need to make excuses for them and keep listening to their garbage. What is the point of that? I just got off the phone with Adam in Senator Huffman's office. If other peas have already called the number, he made no indication of it. He let me rattle on about the injustice of the appt without interruption. When I finished he politely told me he would pass the message on. He then asked if I had any final thoughts, where I launched into the people are people diatribe. He thanked me for calling and sharing my thoughts.

I'm not sure if he will continue to be so polite. I feel better for voicing my opinion and not flying out there to bite both the senator and his vile appointee.
