those butterfly cards are beautiful. I love your coloring. Will you share what you used to color them. I love that plaid and the script paper. You choose the best backgrounds. Thanks The funny thing was that I started with papers I wanted to use up, made the card fronts, and then wondered what I could stick on top to turn them into proper cards. The butterflies were part of my 100 day coloring project and I realized they would work together. I have a bunch of other papers stuck to card bases waiting for me to stumble on a die cut or something that will work. The butterflies were just colored with basic Tombow brush markers. I couldn't figure out which color combos I liked best so I just kept changing my mind and trying new versions. http://instagram.com/p/CL4-F9CJOEo

Thanks for the info joblackford. Your color choices are so bright and pretty. Did you use a special cardstock for them? They look so smooth and nice without lines from the pens overlapping.

Thanks for the info joblackford . Your color choices are so bright and pretty. Did you use a special cardstock for them? They look so smooth and nice without lines from the pens overlapping. Nothing special at all. Just 80lb Neenah. The Tombow markers won't blend on it but it works fine if you don't need shading. Bristol smooth is better if you need to blend the colors out. I just learned that recently. BUT I did discover the secret - stamps with bold lines! These are SSS butterflies with nice thick outlines. I did some coloring with some finely detailed stamps the other day and my markers made such a mess, lots of overlapping and mistakes. I couldn't stay inside the lines at all. So I'm going to stick with bolder stamps for coloring from now on.

nylene thank you. The toucans are cut out with my ScanNcut, its a pp I think I bought from Joanns. The paper is very flimsy so I cut the same shapes out of a white paperstock and glue them together.

Yeah another layout done!
I decided to use just scraps . . . as there were so many photos and pretty paper would just get all covered up! Three kinds of washi tape and embellies from the same collection as the papers, Christmas Cheer from about 2008! It is really hard to see the gold glitter washi tape in the small photo. But it is pretty IRL!

Linda , your Medieval pages are wonderful. How great to be able to ride a camel. I would love to do that! That Echo Park paper looks perfect for your photos. I love seeing you in a photo. I hope we can get you on the Online Crop soon. I think you would really enjoy it. teacherlisa , I really enjoy seeing your pages. You always include some great pearls of wisdom. That Michael Jordan quote is great. Nicely scrapped. It's fun to see your favorite treats, too. azcrafty , you have really been busy with your card making. Thanks for the info on the toucans. I love what you did with the Paper Pumpkin. Those animals are so cute. The birthday cards are amazing; gifts, confetti, and numbers. Totally cute. craftymom101 , I love the design of your Graphic Novel page. I think I’d like to scraplift that design. Love the stripes and all the layers behind your photo. Such a classy page. angel97701 , you have love left in the gallery. I have made 13 of these cards, some of which I delivered to the children who have been assigned to my Primary class this year. We can't meet in person yet, so I just dropped them off at their homes. The rest I will use for something else and donate some. They were fun to make. O-Fish-ally Awesome Fishbowl

I had to make a quick card for a relative's 4th (and hopefully last) wedding... We're happy for them but I kept it simple with a 3D embossing folder and die cut sentiment. It will probably look fancy to them even though it was easy for me to make. win win! Apologies for the awful nighttime lighting. March share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

Wow! You have been a busy bunch! I promise I will come back here to look at each and every share here and leave some love. Here is my first LO of the month. This is what happens when you try to meet at least three challenges (Feathers, Rainbow, design down the page) onto one project: a bit of a mess! But I did get to use some older CTMH papers and some feathers that have been in my stash since they were cool. And a die & embossing folder set I have not used in years. Points: two pages created & shared (4). R-3 five photos for the Donna challenge (5), P-3 eight different packs of thickers (8), P-4 papers and feathers are at least 5 years old on each page (4), P-5 glitter stickers (2), S/I-1 four diecut feathers; three real feathers, feather pp on each page (12) + bonus (5) +birds (5), S/I-3 four circles (4), C/M-1 at least one green sticker on each page (2), C/M-5 rainbow colours (10), C/M-7 bright colours (2), T-2 circle diecuts (2), T-5 Distressed inked edges each page (4), T-6 first page (1), T-7 have not used my distressing tool or feathers for awhile (2), Th-5 from 2021 (2), Th-7 all outside (2), n/S-4 four layers each page (4), N/S-5 four photos smaller than 4x6 (4), O-3 this was from an old CTMH kit (2). Total: 86.
We were having a winter wiener roast at a National Park, and these birdies decided to join in the fun. Brave little guys. One tried to take a bite of my hot dog when it was on its way to MY mouth! But I am pretty sure they hang out around the picnic area of the park on speculation for opportunity.

I made page of Paige Evans cut aparts into a set of senior donation cards using one of the older Sheetload sketches for a z-fold card. There's a little 3x4 panel inside hiding behind the cut apart for a short message. A good morning's work. Sorry about the low lighting. I am working on a cruise album, but I bought some new paper, so that went out the door. This is really specific paper for travel, so I know I don't have pictures I can use yet. I don't often take photos in the airport.

Finished another page today, for my next year's family calendar. Attempting to meet both Recipe challenges, plus the Donna challenge (where I will share this again). It had been a sad couple of weeks and a very busy last few days for my dd and her family, after her dh's mother passed away. Daddy has been posted overseas with the military for 11 months, and was flown home for just ten days. The last day before they were parted again--he is slated to be home for good in June--the little family took a couple of hours to just play in the nearby park.
POINTS: one page created & shared (2). R-2 this photo posted in photo challenge (1) and used on a page (2), and it is of simple joys (1), R-3 simple joys for the Donna challenge (5) plus one photo (1), P-5 foil letters (1), P-6 seven PL cards (5), C/M-1 green (1), T-1 splatter (1), T-4 stamped date (1), T-5 inked & torn edges (2), W/T-2 March is an M word (1), W/T-6 journal, title and date (1), Th-5 current year (1), Th-7 out in the park (1), N/S-3 lots of patterns (3), N/S-4 at least three layers (1), N/S-6 5x7 photo (1), Re-1 M (mists), A (aqua strip of triangles), R (torn edge), C (camera punched), H (handwritten journaling) (5), Re-2 S (splatter), E (embossing), A (alphabet stickers), S (large mat is square), O (CTMH pp from 2014), N (photo from last week) (6). Total: 43.

Time to start spreading around some love... Starting with page ONE: Linda , I am SOOO happy that you are right back into churning out the pages! Love the black/yellow colour combo and the photos of your cats. That dotted paper is a great background, too. Beautiful water photos. Can't see that page clearly, but are those real flamingos? joblackford , your colourful butterflies would brighten up ANYONE's world! Your cards are always a joy to look at, azcrafty . Any little guy (and alot of BIG guys) would love your Champ cards. Great cartoon characters. And just the colour combo would light up a smile. And the toucan cards have a wonderful festive feel. jjpeapea , those three layer animals are really cute! And that shamrock garland is pretty. Great way to dress up the house for spring! And those Hello cards are really bright and cheerful. @zingermack , I am so impressed with your home made stamps. I don't have the patience or attention to detail to do my own. But I love yours. And on to Page 2: Linda , I LOVE how you used that castle pp for your renaissance fair photos. Perfect! And by using the matching tree pp for the companion page, your tie them together expertly. LOVE your food page, teacherlisa ! And that inspirational TN is, well, inspirational. The words about moving forward with courage strike a strong chord with me. Great advice to anyone. Your cards for kids are really fun, azcrafty . Cute images. Pretty, happy, colours. Your reading page is adorable, craftymom101 . Love the "book page" behind the photo, the hearts and stars and tucked in tickets. Great colours, too. I have ordered some back kits from NJFB, and it is all your fault! More marvelous medieval pages, Linda . And the one of you and dh is simply beautiful.
950nancy, that is interesting paper. Guess you will have to go on a trip and take photos in the airport this time!
I think I caught the rest on Flickr. Whew!!! What a ton of creativity!

We're expecting anywhere from 3 inches to 8 feet of snow today. . Seriously. Several days ago, all of the weather reports said to prepare for snow like we haven't seen in 100 years. So I went to Michaels, Hobby Lobby, my LSS and Scrapbook.com to prepare. As of two minutes ago, the grass is covered, but the streets are just wet. I might have over prepared. I did finish a double layout of a trip we took on a cruise in 2019. Only four more to go. I need to figure out how to load larger pictures without exceeding the limit of KBs.

It must’ve gotten popular later because I think it’s a pretty common name... I love that you’ve documented these stories. Not unusual - outlandish! Yes it was common here too - I went to school with at least 5 other Megans (across primary and high school). I think my great grandmother was just an old fuddy duddy - they all had names like Esther and Grace and Elsie and Florence. I'm sure they would have preferred mum to name me something traditional and biblical!

Nobody loves a snow day like school kids and scrapbookers, 950nancy ! How much snow did you get? Scrapping about St Kitts during a snowstorm will keep you warm... BTW, that LO is gorgeous! So streamlined in design, yet so many awesome photos and great tropical accents and colours.

This one frustrated me all week but I got it done in the crop yesterday. It was mainly getting a photo layout I was OK with. I did a mixed media background initially but the photos covered all the wrong parts and it looked awful! So basic white background. layout changes by kirstendrew, on Flickr
