I was logged out of Goodreads a couple months ago and panicked because I didn't remember my password. Somehow my husband was able to get me logged back in so it was good. But I worry that if that happens again, I could lose my long list of books. Is there a way to save the list somehow so I have it as a backup. I would have to re-add the books, but at least I would have them.
I am very tech challenged, so I am clueless about this!

I don't know about saving a backup but you can always reset your password if you know the email address associated with the account.
Edited to add: I just logged into good reads and if you go to "My books" there is an option to print your list. There is also an option over on the left side of the page under Tools to Export your list.

I have my account password saved in Keychain and use my fingerprint to log in. There isn’t any money exchanging hands. I guess if someone wants to hack my account and see what I’ve read, have at it!

Copy list and put it in a word doc saved to your computer.
