Yes, I know we have a recipe board and maybe this can move there after thanksgiving, but reading the other thread is making me hungry and people keep asking for recipes.
So post your mac and cheese, stuffing, pie, turkey, gumbo...recipes here please.
I'll come back and post our tortillini recipe once I find it

This is my chocolate pie: chocolate pie
This is essentially the recipe I use. My recommendations are to make sure that you use at least whole milk-I actually use a mix of whole milk and half and half. The higher fat levels just make it better. I also use dark chocolate chips and a bit of cocoa powder. Plop a little whip cream on top and you are in heaven. Please use real whip cream. LOL

The family demands this for every holiday.
SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
1 (29 oz) or more canned sweet potatoes ½ tsp cinnamon ½ cup sugar 1 egg Salt ½ stick butter, melted
Beat; put in 11/2 quart casserole. Do not smooth, leave valleys and hills.
Topping: ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers (10) ½ cup brown sugar ½ stick butter, melted ¼ cup chopped pecans
Spread on potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crisp.
