I've decided that I really need to wear socks with some of my summery shoes -- but I don't want them to show. I've tried some "less expensive" no show socks from Amazon -- they squished my toes and slipped off my heel and simply weren't comfortable I've seen a brand on Facebook -- but I am reluctant to purchase from Facebook ads - Does anyone have a recommend for non-slip, no show socks, please! Update: garcia5050 - Review of Loft -- I purchased them on sale. I've wore a pair twice - with a wash between wearing. 1st wearing: With a shoe that doesn't really "need" a no-show style sock. The top elastic is very tight -- it leaves a substantial dent. The toe is very snug. The heel stayed put. 2nd wearing (after wash and regular dry): With a shoe that needs no-show style -- the sock SHOWS! Just a little on the sides but it shows. AND the heel of the right sock will not stay in place -- I've been wearing socks and shoes just around the house for about 3 hours - much of that time with my feet up in a recliner reading. But, the heel has shifted and popped off 3 different times during that time period. The sock SHOWS and the heel SLIPS like crazy! Invisasox: This was the Facebook brand - since I finally read closely enough I went ahead and purchased a "set" (3 pairs of socks). I followed the directions to wash and AIR DRY before wearing. The directions recommend air drying and no sharp/long toe nails due to the fabric. They are lovely soft socks - both for hand feel and foot feel. The top edge is very soft - didn't leave a dent. The directions were to wash before wearing as "they say" the socks are made a bit large. Even after washing and air drying - the socks are big - more than a bit -- big enough to wad up on the heel when I put my foot in a shoe (in a shoe that doesn't require "no-show" style). In the shoe that needs no show -- the sock shows -- big time. On the sock part that covers the toe, it sticks out of the shoe a good 1/2 inch - and also shows on the side -- and STILL bunches up in the back. My sister taunted me when I was purchasing no-show socks -- she says she has looked for years for no-show socks and they just do not exist -- except for those little "hose-y things" that are used to try on shoes in a store -and those are more hose than sock. I am shamefully sneaking around in my SHOWING and heel slipping new Loft socks - hoping that she doesn't notice and harass me! LOL!

I wear no show socks with my “fashion sneakers”, and I love the ones from Loft. I’ve never had a problem with them slipping or shifting. A friend of mine swears by the Bombas no show socks.

Thank you. I looked at the Loft site -- they have a huge sale! -- so I'm trying the Loft recommendation! Bombas, which I've seen around a lot, are currently much more expensive!

Can you report back after you get the loft socks? I have a huge issue with shoes eating my socks - but only my left foot. I bought a costo pack of 12 that need to go in the trash.

Sure - I'll try to remember -- 7 - 9 days shipping (but free!) on the Loft order! It was my left foot that also had the problem with the no show socks -- but both feet for the squeeze issue! - also a large pack that needs to be trashed!

I have only had good luck with the Bombas brand. They are more expensive but these wash well, do not slip off my heel or strangle my toes... Bombas no show socks

SmartWool. I have ridiculously small feet and they come in sizes and they really breathe.

I've tried so many no-show socks and they all slipped off my heel and under my foot. I finally tried some from the Vans store and they worked. They're not 100%, but they work better than anything else.

Well -- as I said, I've ordered the Loft no show -- but the ones from Facebook are "Invisasox" at invisasox.com.

They're not 100%, but they work better than anything else. I’ve been using Vans ones for years and they work great for me. The ones I’ve tried before like Hue always popped off.

I love Peds. They have several sizes/styles with gel on the heel and rubber strips on the bottom. I get them mostly from Target. They hold up well, wash well, and don't slip off of my foot and bunch up in my shoe.

I highly recommend Feetures (the every day no show). They are the first no show socks that actually stay on my feet. Yes, they cost more but so worth it!
I also love their elite max cushion tab socks. Perfect for working out and walking/running

These are the best! They will not slide. I wear them biking, running, walking and working. Amazon socks I ended up buying these and they are great for no-show in running shoes — don’t slip at all! But they do show with lower cut shoes, so I’m still looking for something that fits the bill for that.

Have you tried the ones that are silky like pantry hose but they are definitely not fit like those little things they give you to try on shoes. I’ve gotten some at tjmaxx over the years and they work decently.

Thanks for the update. I also ordered the Loft no-show socks, and they do not work for me either. They are WAY too big. They bunch up in the heel and slip. I am going to try to shrink them and see what happens. I think I will forget trying to purchase more no-slip socks. They never work for me. I have a tiny foot.

Yeah I should have mentioned they are for running shoes (I also wear them with my danskos) but not really "no show" in lower cut shoes.
