I use a Madewell Transport crossbody bag. I tend to switch out my bags with the seasons, but this one gets the most use. I’m not big on pockets, I carry just a small wallet, iPhone, keys and lipstick. I don’t like a lot of extraneous stuff floating around in my bag. Plus I am short and fairly big busted, the Transport is proportioned well for my frame.

What a fun thread. I really like a baggalini after looking at several and there is another purse in my cart at Amazon. I need to measure but think it will work and if so I’m going to order. I need a new small purse but don’t want to spend a lot on one right now.

I love crossbody bags. Great for traveling. I have purchased travelon bags which have a clasp for the zippers in high pick pocket territory. Had some young people on a Paris metro train trying to steal my bag. I had one hand on it and finally seeing what they were up to asked them to move away and I found a seat. I also love bags by baggalini, fossil and just got a light one for summer from Sak in a fun color for Mother’s Day along with a wristlet. www.thesak.com/products/all-that-crossbody?variant=32259114860602

I LOVE my Kipling Sabian crossbody bag and have just replaced my old one. I was lucky to find a brand new one on Mercari for a great price. I love that it is small and has a flap but no zipper, it holds everything I need and I don't have to dig deep to find anything. It's nylon and durable.

I have a black leather Fossil crossbody for my everyday purse. It's similar to this one: www.fossil.com/en-us/products/fiona-crossbody/ZB7669200.htmlI love it. DH knew I'd been looking but my VERY specific requirements were making it difficult. (must have an outer zipped pocket for DS's EpiPens; zippered main compartment large enough for my big wallet; side interior pocket for my phone and small interior pockets for my small Purell bottle (I carried that well before Covid); wide, long strap (I'm v tall and wanted it to hit nicely on my hip); big enough to fit my Canon DSLR--but not so big it looks like a diaper bag. And a plus I didn't need until now is the exterior non-zippered pocket fits a pack of 4 KN95 masks that I keep as backups. That pocket used to hold napkins JIC someone made a mess. Who knew "mask storage" would be something we'd need to worry about?! Anyway, he gave it to me for my bday 7 years ago and it still looks great. And DH still pats himself on the back for finding it lol. I have the exact one in the link and I love it.

I have a few, but my fav is: www.amazon.com/dp/B07413Q5YP/ref=twister_B07BBCDBMT?_encoding=UTF8&th=1I bought it for our trip to Europe a few years ago--I wanted something that would carry everything I needed for the day, including our iPad, phone, water bottle and much more. I find I use it more often than any of my other purses, though it's not as fancy as some (not leather or name brand), but it's perfect for me.

I had been using a black, Kate Spade bag that has handles and crossbody options. The clip for the crossbody option has been coming unclipped which is a true bummer. My dd has the same bag and hers just started doing the same thing. I’ll keep it and use the handle option for outings that I don’t need a crossbody.
Now I’m using a cheap, faux/natural leather color, crossbody from Relic that I got at Kohl’s. I don’t love it, but it’s fine for now until I find one I really like.
I have a burnt orange, leather, Giani Bernini crossbody that I love for fall, and a mulberry red, leather, crossbody by Stone & Co. from Kohl’s.
I like the soft real leather bags better than any other bags. They clean well, they stretch a little and they last forever.

Thanks for starting this thread. I was beginning to think that I was the only one who didn’t have a cross body bag. I’m assuming you wear them so it sits in front of you. Crossed over. 🤪 I’ve been pretty loyal to Vera Bradley because they are so light and soft. Although my heart goes out to Kate Spade. And have some of her pieces. But, I much prefer the soft, quilted VB.

For what it’s worth, I’m on the taller side and smaller busted, so clearly it’s good for most body types, ha.

I have a lot of vintage coach crossbody bags but the ones I use most are by Frye. The Amy and Lucy styles.

Right now I’m using a Kipling cross body and I really like it because it’s very light and holds a lot. My pandemic bags have been mostly Kipling crossbody too! I've been using the Abanu, Arto and Myrte almost exclusively for the past 14 months. Abanu: Arto S: Myrte:

It is just big enough for a small wallet, my phone, keys, hand sanitizer and a few other small items. I just ordered myself the Sydney bag and I'm excited to try it.
