I wanted to try something new for a change (having always been a traditional 12x12 scrapper) and so I ordered a couple Citrus Twist albums. I am really enjoying working on my first one, while the size takes some getting used to, it is a fun and new challenge. To help, I went looking for videos where people were using the albums. Part of the challenge for me was that most of the process videos/youtuber (s) were not scrapbooking in a style that I could relate to-everything very muted and pale, without much texture, definition or embellishments. They were pretty, but not what I was looking for. I remembered that in another thread someone had suggested Victoria Marie and so I went to see what she had done with these albums and found this video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pSNtxQ5DZsIt is just SO GOOD! I love her style, her pacing (although I did bump her up to 1.25) and just the way she describes the process she's using. Anyone else watch or follow people using these albums that they really like?

I do agree that I like smaller albums for many trips. Sometimes it needs bigger ( I have a few 12x12 family vacation albums from when the kids were little ) but other than that I’ve always done minis 8x8 for awhile, then 8x6 landscape and now 6x8
When I’m done with those 6x8’s I might look into the life crafted albums. Im not sure, I do use the smaller 3x8 inserts in my 6x8s now so I don’t know. I might continue to mix it up in the 6x8’s whatever I’m having fun doing!
I also do agree that while I like the travelers notebook size they usually do get to be too much for the staple binding. Even with me being a relatively flat scrapper sometimes just a picture on both sides of every page can be too thick

Heba (my little journal on YT) has done some CT albums. A couple travel ones, and then some everyday albums with them. I think she was going to pull apart some SC TNs and put those pages in CT albums, but I haven’t been keeping up with scrappy videos in a long time to see how that idea panned out for her.
