I found some really interesting pearl parties on Facebook - live parties. Open an Oyster, Royal Legacy Pearls, Crazy Craigs Pearls. They can be fun and entertaining. I actually bought from 2 of them recently - the lives kinda draw you in. The owner of Royal Legacy Pearls owns several different businesses - they do gems, fizzies, and makeup too.
I tried googling for information on where they get their oysters from. The pearls are so pretty, but I don't want to overpay for them.
Do you follow an live shows on facebook?

Never heard of them. I have seen quite a few places that have little pop up shops that have them.

I don't follow any, but I have watched a few. It is interesting to watch, if, that is, the person doing the opening has a good personality and makes it fun to watch.
The big meh part is that for most shows/streams the oysters are spoken for before the "party" even begins, so it's not like you can go hey I want that one!
I did the oyster opening thing as a touristy thing when DH and I were in Hawaii, because it make for a special souvenir. I actually did 2, had the silver pearl made into a pendant (while we waited) and the second one had twin pink pearls that I just brought home to have made into some earrings, which I will get around to someday, LOL.
I do know that some other touristy places do the pearl thing, but it seems a little strange to do it in a place like Vegas.
If you are still interested in doing one, I am sure you can search Facebook and find tons to watch and check out their website to see which you might like to join.

They're not as popular as they used to be. I used to see more pearl parties in my Facebook scrolling. I did get a pearl in Hawaii. Didn't have it made into jewelery though

I had a pick a pearl experience in Epcot. I absolutely loved it, they did a whole little presentation for it and then I picked a necklace to have it set in.
I don’t think an online experience would be as enjoyable.
