azcrafty, I love your masculine Sheetload cards. The axe and the lantern are wonderful. Are they die cuts? They match perfectly with the manly feel of your background paper. Your cards are always so classy! @zingermack, your pocket pages look great. I love the photo of the inauguration with everyone in masks. That will be something we will all remember from 2021. Your colors all fit together so well. I need to master this scrappy technique. jeremysgirl, what beautiful prom pages. I love the glittery silver accents. The purple looks so pretty. The Halloween pages are amazing. I love the ghost, banners, cat and other embellishments. You make these pages so fun and interesting. refugeepea, I am sorry about your very bad, no good week, but glad you threw over cleaning and did some scrapping. Your planner turned out so nice. I love the soft look of the chalks. I need to break mine out! I hope you have some fun activities planned on some of those days. It will be fun to see at the end of June. scrappyrabbit, I love your Sheetload cards. I left love in the gallery on those and your pages. Thanks for sharing.

I need to get back to page one to see what was posted over the weekend. But first I will share the cards I finished today. First day of crafting in June! Still need a bd card and a couple of get well cards, but started with the ones I needed for Fathers' Day. Started out playing with some stamping and a new die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs to create a fd card for my dh: Fathers Day 21 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Then I went on to play with the ECD pocket die for these cards for a couple of ds's and a dsil: Pocket fathers day cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Then finished off with an easier card based on a cutapart image: western fathers day card by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Comments on the shares from page one: azcrafty, your masculine cards are amazing. Love the layering and the interesting elements all in the masculine colour scheme. @zingermack, your pages look so warm and inviting. Love the colours and the details in your photos. The food looks delicious! jeremysgirl, you have been on FIRE! So many gorgeous pages, and all so different. Love the glitter on the prom pages. They are a cute couple, and I love the pic's of them posing for the camera. Your March PL page is really interesting: so many details to see in the photos and I like that you listed the highlights of the month. Your Halloween pages are a hoot!!! Great colours, fun photos, cute icons and themed papers. Looks like you had a happy scrappy weekend! WTG leaving the housework to play with paper, refugeepea! And kudo's on pulling out the chalks! The images look great. Hope you had fun. scrappyrabbit, there is love for your cards and pages in the Gallery.

This is a first for me! Due to justjac wonderful fun box card, I decided to give it a try for my DDs 18th birthday today. I had some figuring out to do - like how to get the "sun" to stand out when I opened the card, and how to get the figures to stand up on the boxes but hide the hinges. Some things worked so well - like the stand up "18". The sun took several attempts at situating it because I wanted it centred! box birthday card 18 by kirstendrew, on Flickr

Do you have a link to a tutorial on how you made that? I love it! Thank you! These are the measurements I used. I skipped through the tutorial to get the general idea because it's long box card I came up with my own "pop up" idea for the standing figures, because I remembered seeing them on justjac 's card here: Villainous Card by Jacqueline Bruce, on Flickr I actually hid my pop up hinges - cut a slit through the base of the cube and tucked the tabs through, adhered under the square so you can't see them. And I cut the 2 sides off the top square instead of leaving it solid.

Catching up, how is it the 8th already?! On the weekend I spent 2 hours working on die cutting tiny eyelets and soles for my Converse - crafted through 2 episodes of Bridgerton (rewatching) made the task a little less tiresome. And I cut scraps into banners and tiny envelopes with each pass through the die cutter to be more efficient. I got 6 shoes finished. June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr Here's the process for the eyelets. I put a tiny dab of glue around the holes and use my pokey tool and a thumbnail to put them on. If it didn't look so cool I 100% would not have the patience. June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr I copied the design I liked best from my postbox cards and made 3 more as identical as I could manage. I have a big stack of postboxes cut out. June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr For my shop, I made a father's day/cool person who remembers boom boxes card. The background is a patterned paper. June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr Finished a bee card with bits I had leftover from previous cards. I need to stamp and color more bees! June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr Finished a couple of long-in-process Doodlebug cards: June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr I struggled so much with the design for the limes but I finally bought alpha dies and I love how it turned out. The white background is an embossed paper that is vaguely lime shaped. Today I spent a couple of hours making my ScanNCut fussy cut all of my 100 day coloring pieces and then a bit more time sorting them all into pocket pages in my (now full) die cut binder. Need to make lots of cards! June share by jo.blackford, on Flickr I've been earning lots of points by crocheting my way through TV time every night. You ladies are ROCKIN' those cards! Will look more closely and leave love on Flickr. I finished 3 cards today, and none of them was anywhere near as professional looking as any of yours. One bday card for my oldest dgd: 19 today by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And two get well cards. This first one is for my dgd (same one) who will have surgery in a couple of weeks Get Well Soon by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And this one for my sister in law who is in the hospital being monitored closely after a heart event. joblackford your converse are adorable. I can't believe the effort involved in that. And your meadow blanket is beautiful. You ought to consider posting that one over on the craft thread. The girls over there would love to see it. grammadee your cards are awesome! I love the 19 one. So pretty. I had my April pages all laid out on Monday night and I put them together last night.

The girls over there would love to see it. Thanks for the reminder to post on the other thread. I forget that it's there most of the time. Yes, the Converse look so cool but they are a labor of love. If I'd known each one would take about 20 mins start to finish I might not have bought it! But it's so fun to choose the paper for the shoe - colors or patterns. It's a great use for bigger scraps.

What does ECD stand for?
die cutting tiny eyelets and soles for my Converse What's the approximate size of the shoe? I have a converse shoe image on one of my cricut cartridges. I'd love to try this for Comic Con (Doctor Who).
For my shop, I made a father's day/cool person who remembers boom boxes card. The background is a patterned paper. I'm totally stealing that saying for my family/project life style album. I like to make journal cards with sayings for those random photos of people you just want to put in there.
Today I spent a couple of hours making my ScanNCut fussy cut all of my 100 day coloring pieces Wow! You have me convinced to get one now! I agonize over big purchases. Can it cut really small images like planner icon stamped images? Will it cut if you use adhesive sheets like this link ?

Can it cut really small images like planner icon stamped images? Will it cut if you use adhesive sheets like this link ? The finished shoe is about 2" tall and 4" long. Totally steal the sentiment! I'm always "borrowing" sentiments from cards I see around the place. The ScanNCut is amazing. Like all technology it can be a pain in the butt and Brother is not known for their clear instructions or intuitive menus, but there are tons of resources here and online generally to help with the process. I'm pretty sure you can set it up to cut stickers with adhesive backings but I haven't tried it myself. It can cut very tiny images - I had written the numbers of the pens I was using on some of my coloring sheets and it cut them out (pictured below, these pages are half letter size for context). However sometimes it just doesn't work as well as I'd like. I have issues with color ink jet printed images in particular. Black stamped lines with clean clear boundaries work best. But I'm pretty sure people use it for planner stamps/icons. http://instagram.com/p/CLcipn8JQZv

jeremysgirl, I love your pocket pages. The photos have so many different views and details. Love the zany and serious pic's of people, and the interesting stories of what you did and your take on the experiences. And your cards and titles and other elements are all so well chosen to work with and highlight the photos and stories.

jeremysgirl, I am so impressed with your pocket pages. I keep trying to do that, but am never very satisfied with the results. Your pages are wonderful. Lots of great photos with some really cool embellishments. That's such a commitment to do each week. You are amazing. azcrafty, your shark cards are so cute. I love your husband's sentiment for the inside. I love the depth of the background with bubbles and schools of fish. Simply fin-tastic!

I am very excited, I finally got my MacBook fixed. I can now do a layout without Photoshop crashing 20 times! This page is from March, and is about our first time being able to go to a football match since 2019. We missed the whole 2020 season thanks to COVID, as all the matches had to be played interstate.

Thanks AussieMeg for the inspiration. Your beautiful layout inspires me on a layout I was stuck on for graduation pics. I love all your details. My layout won't be nearly as good, but at least, it will get me over the hump as I've been staring at these pictures for two days now. And yes nylene and AussieMeg I am really enjoying the pocket pages. I definitely feel like this is a good way to document all the things I want to document. I feel like I'm finally scrapping details about my life that I was totally overlooking in the past.

This is my first LO of this month, about saying goodbye to my ds's family pet. Started with the June 5 Sketchy Saturday. I was inspired by kitbop 's happy water colour squares, but wanted to use hexagons and more muted colours for this subject. Took me three days to get this one done, and not sure I am really happy with it, but time to move on... POINTS: two pages created & shared (4). R-1 sketchy Sat (5), R-3 three photos for Donna challenge (15), P-3 five word strips (5), P-6 three stickers (3), S/I-1 sun (1), S/I-4 flowers on both pages (2), S/I-5 tag (1), T-1 watercolour (2), T-9 inked edges (2), T-11 popped up elements (2), Th-6 photos from 14 years ago (14), Th-8 two pages about a pet (10), n/S-1 single photo second page (1), N/S-2 three photos (6), N/S-3 one 5x7 (1), N/S-5 hexagons on each page (2), N/S-6 one cluster of six (1). Total: 77
this morning I played with some of the Maker Mania 3 materials and instructions plus the die I discovered when considering ordering it from the Concord & 9th sale this week, and came up with this birthday card: maker mania banner card by Gramma Dee, on Flickr
