Mila Kunis and Ashton only take showers/baths when they can see dirt. They wash their armpits and private parts, but no full body wash. Mila says that even after working out, she may wash her face. đ± And the same holds for her kids. www.newsweek.com/mila-kunis-ashton-kutcher-bathing-admission-reaction-memes-1613865So. how often do you usually bathe? I put in âusuallyâ because there are exceptions. So, ignore those exceptions (weather, activity, etc). Answer based on a normal day/week. I am a once a day person, usually before bed.

I shower daily, but do not wash my hair daily. In the mornings, after I workout.

Once per day for sure, but sometimes twice if I workout in the morning and then go for a walk in the evening. I absolutely hate to be sweaty! ETA: I do not wash my hair daily. Usually only every 3 days or so.

Then she obviously doesn't work up a sweat when she works out. That's gross.

I chose âotherâ as it totally depends on the day. Iâm in UK, rare hot sunny days then I could shower 3 times a day. In colder weather if Iâm not going anywhere then I might shower 3 or 4 times a week. I shower if I feel like I need to shower. If I had to leave home to work then I would shower every morning before going to work.
Iâm 57, as a child we only had one bath a week on Sunday evening. Iâm conscious of the environment and donât want to waste water or energy. I also reuse my towels many times (I donât share my towels with my husband).

I chose other. Once a day is typical during the work week, but I may skip a weekend day if all we're doing is hanging around the house. I usually skip washing my hair a couple times a week, too.

At least once a day, sometimes twice. I grew up in a household where we were only bathed weekly. It's nasty.

It really varies - I try not to bathe too often so it totally depends on if I got sweaty and gross during the day. I guess most days but not every day I at least rinse off. I wash my hair about every 3 days.

I usually shower everyday.. hair every other day. If on the weekend and not going anywhere, may not shower.. just depends.. or put it off until in the evening.
When my kids were little, they did not bathe every single day. If they were gross and sweaty, yes they bathed. If they were indoors all day or not out playing, no they did not bathe.

Honestly - eh, when I need to. If Iâm super busy and sweaty and gross, it might be twice in a day. If Iâm not sweaty or dirty and havenât been in the pool or to the gym, it might be every other day. Maybe every third day at a stretch, rarely longer than that unless Iâm sick.

I said "other". For me, when I'm working it's once a day of course, usually at night because I hate getting into the shower when the house is cold in the winter. But on the weekends if I'm just sitting home I often skip Saturdays. Of course that's different if I'm on call for the weekend at the hospital, then I take two per day. -- And during the summer, as long as I haven't left the house, I'll skip a day.... we keep the AC turned too low for my preference (it's for my senior dog who feels the heat) so there is no way I'm working up any kind of a sweat to where I'd need a shower. In fact I'm usually bundled in socks and sweatpants and a cozy sweater. hahaha Odds are VERY low that I'm ever going outside in our heat to do any type of exercise so working up a sweat isn't likely.

When they see dirt đŹ Geez with 8 months of winter here, wearing pants and sweaters, that would be never. Gross and I'm not someone who sweats unless I'm working out.
I shower most days sometimes skip a day.

I'm a once a day gal. Except right now. It's summer in the south. If I have been out at lunch running errands, then those clothes come off at night to be washed and I shower before I hit the sack. On weekends, just depends. If I have gotten out in the morning, I will take a shower after that. If all I have done is lay around or light housework and I don't stink, then maybe wait until Sunday.

I take a shower once a day. There are times when I've been busy and have been sweating then I will shower a second time.

Harvard Medical School online blog- Showering Daily- is it necessary'bathing' and 'showering' could be considered the same thing- showering is just ONE way of 'bathing' after all. And if Ashton and Mila are concerned about saving energy, etc. (I didn't read the linked article- I'm just thinking of the article about their house) then water conservation could be a consideration, too. Taking showers can be very water-wasteful. eta: A Pediatrician Weighs In on the topic

I marked other because
In the spring and fall I take 2 baths a day. Morning is to wash up for the day, evening is to wash off allergens from pollen and the wind. My allergist suggested that years ago and it has helped a lot. I also change my pillow case daily during those seasons.
Summer and winter I take a bath am only. If I sweated a lot in the summer, I will rinse off with cool water before bed. But I don't wash my hair.

I wash my hair about every 5 days. I shower on the days I work out, and wash pits and bits daily.

I shower every day, except for very unusual circumstances. However, I donât use soap all over every day, just as I might not wash my hair if I havenât been sweating.
Typically I shower after riding my recumbent bike in the morning, and I get pretty sweaty even in the air conditioned house. So right now Iâm using shampoo most days since I sweat a lot from my head. But if itâs a day when I havenât worked out I likely will skip shampooing my hair, but will still shower and use water on my hair.

I do what I call a body shower (almost) every day, usually in the evenings a few hours before bed.. I like laying around in my towel doing nothing and this is the perfect time. Sub 5 minutes, no hair hits water, no shaving, etc.
With working from home I'm only washing my hair when I'm going somewhere. That could be in 5 days, 2 days, 7.. idk, whenever I feel like I need to look presentable. I don't like dealing with wet hair if I don't need to. And it's so effing hot this summer hair is always either up or in braids so it doesn't bother me that it feels gross ÂŻ\_(ă)_/ÂŻ

I voted other.
If I am departing home, then I shower daily. The exception being a quick trip to Walmart to grab a couple/few things.
If I am staying home, having pajama day, etc... then sometimes I skip the shower.
If I've gone to the gym, then I shower twice that day. I go to the gym late evening, my after gym shower is usually a quick >> wet - body wash - rinse, I do not wash my hair again. I usually change my pillow case daily or ever other day, depending how sweaty my head gets while I'm sleeping (menopause).
If I am really sick and lacking the energy to shower(the I'm gross and I dont care, because I feel miserable) times, then I've gone 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 days between showering. When the bronchial/sinus crud happens.....it takes all my energy to cough up a lung while barking like a seal, blow my nose 1000 times, haul my ass out of bed to make a cup of hot tea and open a can of soup & pour it in a mug....there is no energy left for a shower. But, when the after sickness shower finally happens, it's the best most refreshing shower ever!

I chose other. When I work, I shower daily. When I am off, at least every other day. I shower if I am going to leave the house or if I have worked out.

For me, it 100% depends on what I'm doing and how hot it is. I also have 4 small kids so daily showers rarely happen. At least a few times a week to every other day. I keep my pits and bits clean but I only wash my hair about once a week or so. I also use a lady bits deodorant so my lady business doesn't get "swampy" so that's rarely a concern. Lume Deodorant if anyone is interested.

This threading is pinging every trigger button I have. Because of my history of sexual abuse, it is imperative that I shower every night before bedâenvironmental or dermatological issues be damned. I shower if I fall asleep on the couch and wake up at 2am. I shower in the hospital after surgery or childbirth. These fucking weird proclivities are whatâs left when all the hard therapeutic work has been done.

Every day. Usually in the morning but if we know we'll be in the pool then I wait and shower after the pool. I wash my hair twice a week.
