It requires very specialized (and very expensive) equipment. And the only fuel supply planes are in the military. So, no there aren't any regular planes that do that.

Sure haven't you seen Air Force One?? heehee I am pretty Air Force one and its back ups ( 747) are the only ones that refuel midair.

So we were watching Air Force one last night and my son started a one upmanship of what action star could refuel a plane ( any plane) successfully. I lead such an exciting life.

I used to work for the defense contractor that continued to refine and maintain the mid-flight refueling systems for military aircraft. It takes special training for the pilots flying the KC-135 and all that flammable cargo to do the fuelings. It's was my understanding the systems and know-how for mid-flight refueling have been restricted for commercial use due to the myriad of safety requirements needed - not only for the flight crew but maintaining the high-traffic flow of commercial flight paths, air speed, locations of mid-flight refueling (you don't really want to do a refuel over a populated area), etc.
