So I finally unpacked my room, which I packed up over 6 months ago, I guess and before that, my son was sleeping in my room so I didn't use it much. He moved out.. I packed to get carpet.. life got off the tracks and no carpet in the short term future. So after tossing toss of stuff away (well, donated).. got oldest DD to get her stuff out of the house that I was holding.. got rid of crap which I don't know why I had.. I think 20 bags of stuff (not that you can even tell.. HA)... everything is sorted and mostly organzied. It looks great.
I sit down and freeze.... I have no idea where to start. I can keep on organizing but really, I am using that as an excuse..
I'm gonna make myself grab any pictures I can get and just do it.... I need my mojo back. lol

Lots of ideas for you!
I find that watching other people create inspires me to create, so I love watching crafty videos on YouTube while crafting.
You could start with a sketch or some other challenge to help jump start creating. You likely already know what types you enjoy doing, so maybe start there. If you need help finding one PageMaps has a ton of free sketches, and lots of blogs/small paper crafting businesses host challenges on Facebook & Instagram. Here on 2peas there is a whole sub forum on Challenges, you could check there, too!
When you were unpacking or organizing, was there anything you saw that made you happy to see again - a particular stamp set or paper collection - that you could start with?
Pinterest is always an option, too!

I find the more I scrapbook, the more mojo I have. When I get busy and go back, nothin'. I usually watch videos or use a sketch to get started.

Maybe look on Pinterest? If you find something you like you can scraplift it to get you started.

After I moved, I wasn’t fully unpacked for several months to a year. By then, I had lost my mojo. I started making cards, but I also scrapbook occasionally. Life challenges keep interrupting. Sometimes it’s just hard to feel creative. Start with something simple. Look through pages you’ve done in the past. Browse your supplies. Hopefully something will get the creative juices flowing.

I often get overwhelmed by choices. One thing you could do is print out a list of your basic scrapbook supplies, then cut the words out and put them in a jar. So if you get the product enamel dots, challenge yourself to use that on your page.
I type the type of supplies I have in Google sheets. You highlight the entire list, right click, and select randomize range. Whatever is at the top of the list is the product you use. You can highlight once you use it and then randomize again. Or you can make a list of techniques to do. Things like tear paper, use only scraps, or ink edges of paper.
I'm sorry if this sounds really dumb. I usually keep going after I pick one or two items to use.

When I go back to scrapping after a break I find a page to scrsplift, grab a kit of some sort and pictures to a story I want to tell but not super important. I know I’ll struggle through the first page 2-3 pages and then I’ll start to get my mojo back. But I basically consider the first page a sacrifice. Ha!

When I unpacked my studio in our new house, I felt the same way. Like someone above mentioned, watching process videos of others creating & also scrapbook room organization videos, really inspired me to get creative.

Okay making a vow to get something done.. I figured out where I am starting.. I have tons of pictures from my trip to Germany to see my son and then a few days in Paris. I know I have Paris themed stuff so that is where I am starting! That should get me started... I will use all your suggestions as well...! Thanks girls (and guy!)
