freecharlie Good luck with the return to work. Meet the teacher week is this week for me with class starting the day after Labor day. I think I might be down another 2 lbs even though I’m currently on steroids. Probably all the running around like a chicken with my head cut off the past two weeks with work prep. 5 more lbs to get me back to where I was before the sudden weight gain from May and then I’d like to lose at least 10 more.

I was down .4 lbs for the month of August. I guess I am happy that I didn't go up.
I need to recommit to tracking what I eat. I am exercising a lot, but I have just been bad with food choices and tracking. We have a wedding this weekend.
I usually handle stress very well. Right now I feel like it is too much. I am afraid I am going to turn to food to cope.

Hi you guys! I haven't been here in a few years, I just can't go online at work anymore and I've missed the peas so much!!
I'm 5'2" and had hit 202 lbs in February of this year. My daughter and I committed to Keto on March 1st and I'm right at 170 now. I think I'm shooting for 150 lbs, I'll see how I feel when I get closer. I think that averages around 5 lbs a month since March.
I'm not exactly doing the high-fat Keto, but I haven't returned to eating carbs. I've had 2 pieces of apple pie since March but other than that - no sugar, no rice, no potatoes, no pasta, only low carb Keto tortillas and bread occasionally. I eat veggies (tons) and meat and cheese. I can't believe I'm not totally sick of cauliflower rice!! lol
It's boring but the only way I can do it is all or nothing. I'm the person who can't eat one chip, I have to eat the whole bag, same with sugar. I never could eat 3 Oreos, it had to be 1/2 pack tonight, 1/2 pack tomorrow night. I would even buy a new pack and replace it in the cupboard so my family wouldn't know I ate the whole bag! I have absolutely no will power once I get off the wagon. I'm so afraid that I won't be able to maintain the weight loss once I'm at my goal weight.
Anyway, glad to be back here, I'm sure it will be off and on but if this is an ongoing topic, I'll be sure to check in when I can.

My weight is up and I'm tired. I haven't been eating great and I haven't been exercising. I'm just wiped.
I'm too tired to work toward a goal until the weekend.

So I'm up. Hoping with the schedule of students and not going out for lunch that will change but...
I put on my wedding ring today and IT FITS!!!! It is a little snug, but nothing I can't handle. It's been years since I've been able to wear it even after dh sized it up once.
He's been hunting and is heading home now. I'm just going to wear it without saying anything and see if he notices.

End of my first week with students. I'm just a bit up from my lowest so far. I haven't exercised for the past two weeks...just too tired so it isn't a surprise.
I'm going to meal plan tonight or tomorrow and I'm going to pre-race those calories so that it isn't a surprise the day of. Then I'll go shopping.

freecharlie did your DH notice the ring? Hope you soon get settled into your school routine. I don’t do well when my schedule changes. It make me feel out of sorts. So not good for my eating. August was not a good month. Lots of disruptive ongoing things going on. Now that it’s September, only one thing has gotten resolved. Got a new washer and dryer delivered and installed, but I have to work on getting a printed user manual for my washing machine because they didn’t give me one. Working on that today. They sent me a link to print the PDF to print out myself, but for the kind of money I spent, I don’t think I should have to do that. It makes me grumpy. One of my many medications is giving me digestive issues, so I just didn’t take it today. Hoping to get everything straightened out so I can have a good weekend. There are two different outdoor Fall Arts & Crafts Festivals this weekend which I’m really looking forward to. The weather is supposed to be nice and it’s the first festivals that are being held since the year before. There will be food, but I don’t plan on getting any and just walking around and being outside in the nice weather will be a good thing. I seem to be at a plateau weight wise, but at least I haven’t gained, so that’s a good thing too. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

I started work in August and it’s now September and I have lost 15 lbs or so. I only count my steps when I work but the average is 11,000 in 4-5 hours. My clothes fit better and I am not dieting but I am watching excessive carbs. I have 15 lbs to drop to get to my goal. I hope I make it.

Also I have moved one line smaller on my bra which was too tight not that long ago. I thought I would need an extender and now it fits!

My trainer and I set my next challenge at 8 lbs to lose in 8 weeks. I have until November 8. I'm going back to strict calorie counting with My Fitness Pal, which is the only way I can trust myself not to cheat when I'm working out 7 days a week.
I hope I can do this. That will put me at my goal. During my entire #75hard, which lasted 69 days officially, I only lost 4 lbs though I'm so much more fit. Now it's time to get serious because I'm going to be 50 in January and my goal was to have this done by my 50th b-day.

Restless Spirit he has not noticed it yet. I forgot to put it on this morning (just not a habit yet) I signed up about a half hour ago to walk a 5k tomorrow morning on a whim. At least I'll get a little exercise
