Email from "Million" moms (twitter followers - about 4k) group leader Monica Cole: "One Million Moms has spoken out once already about the LGBTQ indoctrination coming from Disney Junior and its shows for preschoolers. Unfortunately, there is a new reason for 1MM to speak out again. Disney Junior has really outdone itself recently, this time pushing the LGBTQ agenda on children as young as toddler age. All parents should be aware of Muppet Babies and its Season 3 Episode 37. The July 23 episode, titled “Gonzo-rella,” features a male main character cross-dressing. The focus of the entire episode is Gonzo being so disappointed that he has to go as a knight instead of a princess to the ball since he is a boy, and the other Muppet Babies tell him he can’t wear a fancy dress per the royal handbook. Gonzo really wishes he could wear a princess dress to the ball. So the rat character on the show tells him he is Gonzo’s Fairy Ratfather and will grant him his wish and give him the perfect dress for the ball. His Fairy Ratfather assures him he will make his outfit so amazing they won’t even know it is him. So they decide to go through with it, and Gonzo is so happy. When Gonzo arrives at the castle, Gonzo introduces himself as Gonzo-rella.... Take Action: Sign the Disney Junior pledge stating you and your family will no longer support Disney nor watch Muppet Babies as long as it veers away from family-friendly entertainment. And please share this with your friends and family." onemillionmoms.com/current-campaigns/cross-dressing-gonzo-on-disney-s-muppet-babies/Yes. The travesty of allowing people to dress in ways that please them. THAT is the real problem in the world today. That a childlike character might want to wear a dress and a show might show kids that that's perfectly normal. I hate these moronic ideas with a passion. And make no mistake, this isn't even about the Muppets talking about gender identity or gender expression or being trans. It's about the normal child impulse to explore and try things. A friend of mine's son wore a dress about 50% of the time from about age 3 to 4. F#$(*$#(* these stupid F(#*$#$*ers.

ps - 1MM is also upset if you drive around WITHOUT A BRA!onemillionmoms.com/current-campaigns/sonic-s-distasteful-ad/"Sonic’s ad is tacky and offensive. It is irresponsible because of its impact on impressionable children viewing the commercial. We all know children repeat what they hear. Does Sonic want children to think it is OK to go around in public wearing no underwear?" What's tacky and offensive, Monica, is you walking around w/your head up your butt worrying about other people's genitals and bodies all the live-long day.

Wow. Some people really do have nothing better to do with their time than to sit around looking for dumb stuff to get their undies in a wad over.

Being the operative word. At least for the bra outrage. I like to think when I get hot and angry I'm doing it when PEOPLE (real live PEOPLE) are being hurt by the actions and beliefs of others who want to oppress them and limit THEIR CHOICES for THEIR OWN LIVES (the choice to have an abortion, the choice to wear a dress, the choice to not wear a bra, the choice to marry the consenting adult of their choice, etc). When 1MMs get hot and angry it's usually about oppressing other people and LIMITING THEIR CHOICES in THEIR LIVES (NO CHOICE on what happens INSIDE your own body, NO CHOICE on what you can wear in peace and safety, NO CHOICE on whom you can marry, etc). I wonder if they understand the difference at all.

My 2-year-old grandson likes to wear his sister's tutus and tiaras and such. Big deal.
Also, I want to know where this woman lives...I want to parade by her house with no bra on.

I used to do daycare. We had a box of costumes and dress up clothes. If they only knew how many of the boys put on dresses all on their own.

If they only knew how many of the boys put on dresses all on their own. or how many kids of both sexes put underwear and/or bras on their head? Edited because apparently autocorrect didn't think I actually meant sexes and changed it to semester...why the hell would it do that???

I’m more upset by Gonzo's poor driving skills than what he’s wearing.

Who cares who wears what where? Their god does, apparently. And even though he's all-powerful, they still have to advocate on his behalf. And don't get me started on his fixation w/foreskin.

Last night I watched a regular TV program here in Australia that takes older people ( living on their own) into a pre-school each day for a week, I think. Last night it was time to dress up for a party. One of the girls wanted the Elsa costume from Frozen but it had already been taken by Arthur. She chose another costume and the party went on. During the talent quest, Arthurs' older partner was trying to encourage him to sing a particular song. (she had taught music to children all her life) He wanted to sing his own song, which she then embraced. It was Miss Polly had a Dolly who was sick, complete with him acting out the song with a doll. Apart from being one of our favourite shows because of the amazing openness of the children and the positive effect it has on the older people, I actually mentioned to my husband how simple "gender" inclusivity is when children are young and it is disappointing when they feel pressured to conform to stereotypes as they get older. I cannot imagine spending my time being outraged by allowing children to be themselves. I have never understood the "boys don't play with dolls" , yet girls are encouraged to. Parenting isn't just confined to women. Corinne

this is some kinda bullsh!t. real problems in the world and THIS is what someone chooses to get upset about?
i like to think there are not a million moms that would care enough to protest this, maybe a couple of hundred with big mouths and a lot of time on their hands who whip each other into a frenzy.

I really don't understand them. The conversations I've had with my kids (10b/7g/almost 5g) went something like this: "Mommy, can boys wear dresses?" Do you wear jeans? "Yes." Then boys can wear dresses. Everyone can wear what they want and are comfortable in. "Oh, that makes sense."
"Mommy, why are those 2 boys kissing?" Because boys can like girls, or boys can like boys, or girls can like girls, or girls can like boys. JoJo Siwa has a girlfriend and she identifies as a girl. "Oh, okay!"
"Mommy, what does 'identify as a girl' mean?" When she was born, the doctor looked at her and said she was a girl, and she grew up and continued to know she was a girl. Sometimes doctors say babies are girls but they grow up and realize they aren't girls, (or boys.) "Ohh, okay."
It's not difficult to explain to children. Adults just make it difficult.

Adults just make it difficult. Sadly, it's because they've been taught to. I hope and trust that the kids who are young today will make much better parents someday.
