There are problems. They found 3 million documents in the basement of a co-conspirator. This morning Weisselberg's lawyer in formed the court... "He said he just received today a manilla envelope that he held up in court with a bulge in it," Scannell reported. "And he said within that, he was told there were 3 million documents. He said these documents were found in a co-conspirator's basement, and they were tax documents. So certainly a lot more information getting transferred from prosecutors to the defendants." www.rawstory.com/trump-tax-fraud-2655064230/

God, I hope so. I don't hold out any hope that he'll actually ever be charged, let alone held responsible, but a negative cloud around him (I'm picturing the animation of the cockroach in a green cloud of Raid, from the vintage commercials, lol) that would actually slow him down would be a good start.

I don't know if this has been posted, but a $50 million coronavirus loan was paid to a casino. Mobsters, corrupt judge, perjury charges,......There's a lot to read, but a few things
"The Scranton-area bank directed by landfill magnate Louis A. DeNaples has handed out the biggest loan yet — for $50 million"
"One such insider was a bank director, Michael Conahan, the onetime Luzerne County president judge convicted in the “Kids for Cash” scheme during the early 2000s, under which the judges sent children to for-profit jails and received payoffs."
"As a generous political donor and philanthropist with strong ties to business and governmental leaders across the state, DeNaples was seen as a likely licensee. Common Cause Pennsylvania, a good-government advocacy group, tallied his contributions to Pennsylvania office seekers at $403,125 from 2002 to 2007.
DeNaples did have on his record a 1978 no-contest plea to charges that he and three others bilked the federal government out of recovery funds following Tropical Storm Agnes. But that did not disqualify him, thanks to a provision that had been written into Pennsylvania’s gaming regulations letting applicants off the hook for criminal convictions that occurred more than 15 years in the past"

his followers don't care about anything illegal he has ever done. it didn't matter to them before the 2016 election so i doubt it will matter to them in 2024. he has planted in their feeble little minds that everything is a witch hunt against him. that he is the victim. that he has never victimized. that being said, i hope that whomever needs to go to trial, goes to trial. they need to see what their blind loyalty to him will cost them. he will walk away clean but they will pay for his doing his dirty work.

The fact that the trial is starting in late August or early September 2022 is a very good thing.
