Wasn’t there a technique shared on the old board to get your muffins to dome? I made the best Pumpkin Crumb Muffins yesterday but they didn’t dome much. I think the technique has something to do with oven temp. Anyone remember the technique or have one that works of your own? Here is the recipe in case anyone wants it. They were perfect and moist. They remind me of the muffins at Panera Bread. thecafesucrefarine.com/pumpkin-crumb-muffins/

Yes…start at about 50° higher than stated in the recipe then turn down after about half of the baking time.

This recipe had me preheat at 400 but then immediately turn it down to 350 once you put them in the oven. That’s what made me think about reading about a technique here. I was pretty sure you were supposed to back for awhile at the higher temp.

I do the same thing—turn down the temp. But I do it when I put the muffins in, not half way through the baking time.

Maybe the domed as much as they could. Thanks everyone that responded.
