Sometimes I have cereal, sometimes I have toast, neither of which are on there. I would have thought they'd be the most common breakfast foods!

Porridge. Sometimes with a little honey, sometimes fruit, or both or plain 😊

Cereal, a banana or bagel are my go to fast breakfast meals. If I am out for breakfast or having breakfast for dinner I will have eggs/toast/bacon or a veggie omelette.

Nothing as I fast until Noon each day. But when I break my fast (so breakfast at Noon), I have oatmeal with peanut butter, apples, and walnuts. YUM!!!!

Not much. Sometimes a hard-boiled egg, sometimes a banana with a smear of peanut butter. I really don’t feel hungry in the morning, so I eat a little something strictly for energy.

It all depends on what I felt like getting at the store. I buy Kashi frozen waffles, mini donuts by little Debbie, coffee cake or danish from the bakery, and muffins. Not all at once, just whatever sounds good. DH makes eggs and hash browns and biscuits and gravy every weekend. He eats oatmeal M-F. We keep English muffins on hand and I'll have days where I eat that and a banana if I picked some up.

Usually a smoothie -- spinach, banana, cocoa powder, ice, and a splash of milk. I wake up hungry every morning.

I don't have breakfast most days. I'm just not hungry for it. On the occasions where I am hungry a good deal of time before lunch, I have a banana with cinnamon almond butter.

Either 2 eggs with spinach, whole wheat toast, and a about half an apple, or a bowl of steel-cut oatmeal with cooked apple and walnuts in it. Anything else and I'm so hungry in no time.

I have a severe aversion to yogurt. The taste, texture, looks of it all bother me. I have the same aversion to avocado. I eat cottage cheese with fruit almost every morning. I like the Cottage Doubles by Breakstone, especially peach and pineapple.
Lately I have been eating Great Grains or Kashi cereal all times of the day but I have put on 2 lbs so I need to stop or at least slow down.

I eat 2 scrambled egg whites on multi-grain toast nearly every morning. Sometimes I add avocado or spinach.

It varies depending on my mood. Most days it’s plain Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts, oatmeal with raspberries, walnuts and a few chocolate chips, or an egg sandwich of some sort.

I think I feel better during the day if I start the day with some kind of protein. I was drinking protein shakes but recently I’ve traded out the protein powder for nonfat Greek yogurt. I usually add fruit of some kind and a handful of spinach.

I usually eat some eggs with toast on my days off and a BLT at work. I eat my breakfast mid morning because I don't have lunch.

I’m just naturally not hungry early in the morning (I’m usually awake at 5:30 and up by 6:30). So I take advantage of that for a intermittent fasting period. I’ll wait and eat around 11-11:30 most days. So by then it’s often not traditional breakfast food - usually a salad or leftovers if I’m not eating outside the house. I do like cottage cheese topped with blueberries, granola, nuts, and a local honey drizzle.

I usually make some type of egg scramble or egg cup. Today, the scramble is mushrooms, basil, bacon and goat cheese.

I’m not hungry in the morning but because I’m a diabetic and have multiple medicines I have to take I have to eat something. I alternate between Activia Yogurt or the Dailies Drink or Premier Protein Drink.

I voted "Other". Breakfast normally is a toasted English muffin with butter, sometimes with a slice of ham added. For variety, sometimes it will be sourdough bread or raisin bread toasted.

Hot tea and a pack of Belvita cinnamon brown sugar biscuits. It’s not the healthiest but it’s quick and I can eat it in the car on the way to work. I get in my fruits and veggies later in the day.

Hot Oatmeal that I make from scratch and add things like fruit to. Sometimes Bagels or bread sandwiches. I try for more healthy options. Regular cereal just has too much sugar in it for me.

Lately it’s been yogurt and cereal on top.
Other times I eat bagels with cream cheese or an English muffin with peanut butter. I would really prefer to wait and eat breakfast but it’s not ideal with work and all.
Oh and coffee is always the first thing in the morning!

Two slices of Dave’s killer bread (the small skinny/light version) a slice of cheese, one egg and either tomato, spinach or avocado…of a bit of each) and a piece of fruit. DH makes me breakfast on weekdays. My work day starts at 7:00 and I often can’t break for lunch until 1:00 or 2:00.

most often oatmeal (old-fashioned), sometimes farina with fruit preserves mixed in, crumpets if we've been to the city recently (only place I can find them is TJ), yoghurt with fruit and granola or a smoothie when I'm feeling healthy, occasionally eggs or cold cereal

One cup of coffee with heavy cream. A plain seltzer with 12 medications/vitamins/supplements. Typically. I don’t like to eat until after I’ve walked and typical breakfast foods are just a carbfest—I don’t like starting my day like that.
