S/O What’s a harder adjustment Fall Back or Spring Foward?

I've always liked the extra hour in the fall, but honestly, my body adjusts pretty easily to either.

Spring forward. You loose an hour and it throws my ds off.

I weep in the fall and jump for joy in the spring.  I wouldn’t care which one they chose, just pick one and stay on it.

i hate that it gets dark at 4:30 pm.  I hardly ever feel the loss or gain of the hour.  Just the early darkness.  Boo.

Both. My internal clock is really really strong and it takes about a week to readjust.

I don't do well with traveling across time zones either. I'm always exhausted on trips across the country.

The hardest adjustment is trying to help DH understand the concept of spring forward/fall back and what the resulting times would be. The man has an MBA but for some reason, his mind won't wrap around it. After trying to explain it 3x this week, I just threw up my hands in despair.

Both are equally hard for me to adjust to and therefore I hate them both equally. I don't really care which one, but just pick one and stick with it!

For me it's harder in the spring.

Springing forward....losing an hour sleep messes with my system.

I’m normally fine with either but this year the clocks in the uk went back last weekend while we were in Croatia where their clocks also went back. We travelled home on Sunday which meant that I woke up on Sunday morning, set my watch back an hour & then flew home that evening & set it back another hour & I have been out of whack all week. It’s only now reading this thread that I’m wondering if this is why.

Mentally, it is waaaaaayyyyyy harder for me Falling Back, because it means summer is over and I have to suffer through the cold dark days of winter. 

Physically, neither are a hard adjustment for me. My body clock adjusts pretty much immediately. 

Aside from waking early for a day or sometimes two when the clocks go back, I adjust quite easily.

For those that struggle with Spring Forward, try to get as much sun as possible on the first few days, particularly in the late afternoon. It seems to help with resetting your internal clock. Same goes for time changes from travelling.

I hate both, but the spring change is harder for me. I hate getting up earlier.

Neither one affects me much.

Spring sucks worse for me but I hate them both. Ugh
