DH uses a 9" inch pan everyday to make his breakfast and it is losing its non-stick coating. He has asked me to replace it for Christmas but wants one that will last longer than this one has - I think it is less than two years old.
What is your favorite pan? Cost is not a concern as long as it is long-lasting.

We can't use anything with teflon coating because we have a bird and the fumes teflon emits are lethal to them. I use a well seasoned cast iron pan for eggs etc and I have a ceramic griddle for DH when he make pancakes and a mini ceramic frying pan to cook one egg for egg sandwiches.

I love my AllClad non-stick--my smaller one is 10". I use them almost daily, have had them several years, and wash up so easily. Highly recommend.

Scanpan from Sur La Table. The coating is guaranteed and you can even use metal utensils. I mostly use plastic or silicone with it but I've used regular forks. Expensive but the best I've had.

I use a greenpan currently (https://www.greenpan.us/). We did have a few years where I just got the T-fal pan set from Costco, but they usually lasted less than a year (DH is hard on them).
I really like the greenpan so far.

I got one from Walmart that I love and I plan to buy more. I think the brand name was Thyme and Table. It has the rainbow chrome effect on the handle.

I had an all clad one with teflon that I hoped would last but it didn't.
I now have a Le Creuset pan and use Non stick spray or lots of butter and it works great.

This is the pan they use on Chopped, it’s great and as long as you don’t use a metal utensil in it (looking at you DH) they last a long time. Zwilling 14” nonstick Fry Pan

I succumbed to the endless influencer ads on Instagram and bought an Always pan. Also bought one for my MIL for Christmas. It just came in the mail today - I will report back if I like it.

Love my Scanpans from Sur la Table. They have regular sales on them (they are definitely an investment.)
I found one at HomeGoods once and snapped it up.

I have 2 different sized All Clad skillets. I love them! The second one I got for half price during their annual "seconds" sale either last year or the year before. You'd never know it was a second, it works and looks like the first one I purchased (at full price). The seconds sale may still be taking place this year on their website. I know I received an email about it a week or two ago.

I have a Ballerini pan I got from Macys and it is wonderful. Don't use oil and everything cooks so well with no stic king. Also bought the matching saucepans and love those too. Would recommend.

i got the always pan as a gift. it really is good, but i am sure the nonstick will wear off just like all the others.
i just expect to replace non-stick pans, so get a nice one, but not too nice since it will eventually have to be replaced.

Agree with either a scanpan or green pan.

I have an Orgreenic pan that I got as a hog gift in a Christmas exchange and that sucker is amazing! It is 5 years old and looks brand new and it’s been put through everything you can imagine! Amazon sells them. I even ordered a smaller one a couple years ago because is that good! This is not the green pan, it’s the Orgreenic pan.
