As far as I can tell they are all sold out.
Just a warning: They don't tell you that there's no stock until AFTER you put in your credit card and hit final submit. I tried 3 times to get a dozen or so (different) soaps, but each time they were all sold out.
Telling me that their stock is "available" through the process until the final submit ensures they won't get my business again. What a frustrating experience and waste of time.

Had 10 different scents in my cart and they were all sold out at 9:30. Doesn't matter if they are free if they don't have them in stock.

I ordered 9 at 7:30 this morning. I was surprised everything still showed as being in stock because any time in the past I have tried to get in on a sale there's never anything left. However, here we are an hour later and I still have not received a confirmation email. I am curious to see if I actually get my whole order or not, I wouldn't be surprised at all to get an email saying a bunch were out of stock. Generally I only go through 3 soaps a year so no biggie if I don't get all of these but I will be annoyed to pay $6 for shipping if I only get $6 in soaps.

I was getting the out of stock all day, just tried again and my order went through. According to their FB page, it was some kind of website issue.

Funny (not). Still getting email reminding me of the sale, even though they have been sold out sinceI tried to order this a.m. (Tried again a few minutes ago). And yes, it is annoying how you have to go through the entire check out process for them to tell you things are OOS.
Even tried ordering on line with store pick up by entering zip code to preferred store. That wouldn't give me the option to pick up at store that is a few miles away. It defaulted to a store nearly an hour away. No time for their silliness.

Ugh, their website is the worst! I had trouble with it during the candle sale last year. Added a bunch of candles to my cart and I think when I went to pay, only 2-3 were available. I was so annoyed! I totally bypassed the online hand soap sale and went to the store. The store had tons of soaps, maybe only a few scents sold out and an added bonus was I didn't have to pay shipping. If you have a store close and are comfortable going in person, it is a less frustrating experience than using the website.

They are all done per each store. I know my store NEVER does the sales at the same time. It's very irritating.

But today...every single thing I tried to order said it was out of stock.

I placed a “pick up at the store” order at 8:55 am. Never got a confirmation or anything but did get the text from Amex that the charge went through.
About 11, headed to the store and bought most of the order. After I checked out I told them I also had a pickup order. They couldn’t find it.
Talked to manager who said website glitch and they were taking system offline. Thank goodness I made my purchase. I have plenty but buy a bunch at sale price and exchange when spring scents come out.

Just read on another shopping website that they were told by an in store employee that all online orders placed today would be cancelled. I have no idea if that is true, but something sure sounds fishy to me. I do hope those who could get their orders placed receive them. There's going to be some disgruntled customers. I know..."first world problem", but I dislike false advertising.

I logged on at 4:30am CST and the sale was not live. After 5am it was live and I was able to checkout without issue and just received shipping notification. I guess we'll see if I receive soaps or a box of rocks. I'm sorry to those having trouble, I loathe when that happens.

I had been patiently waiting for this sale. I was down to my last bottle of hand soap. I stopped by my local store. I love the warm vanilla sugar scent and it doesn't cause me any skin allergy issues. I got four of the foaming hand soaps and used my "free gift with $10 or more coupon" to get a full size moisturizing body wash. I got all five things for $12.79 total.

The first time I tried to order (this afternoon) I got the message that things in my cart were out of stock - every single item. I went back and actually added another item - and then the order went through. I got the confirmation email within minutes. Will have to see what happens.

I just found that 3 of my items were canceled from my pick up. Went on and ordered 20 for delivery. Going to cancel my pick up I think. Gas will cost more to drive there than delivery cost,
