I picked up a photo order tonight - 211 photos - and when I got them home and started looking through them, they all seem dark and muddy compared to how they look on the computer or phone screen. They were all taken with iphones (6 and 6s I think).
Is it worth taking them back to Walgreens and asking for a refund or to reprint them? Or should I just chalk it up to the cost of convenience?

I agree. I think they are pretty good about it. Sounds like maybe someone was new or something and got settings wrong...

When it’s a small batch, I don’t bother, but with that many photos, I would take them back.

I stopped getting my photos printed at Walgreens because of that. The difference of what I got versus what was on my phone was really noticeable.
I now print my photos on a Selphy.

I print at home because I just can't find a lab that prints as well as my 10+ year old Pixma prints. I haven't tried MPix yet though. One day, f I get my poop in a group I will put an order together with them! |
