I’m making a pulled pork chili tonight for supper. What would you serve with it? Crackers? Cornbread? Garlic bread? Something else?

Tortilla chips would also be a good option. Like pulled pork nachos.

What do you like with other chilis? We prefer crackers normally, but I also like cornbread sometimes.

That looks good. Do you throw everything in the crockpot on low for 8 hours and then shred the pork? I would serve it with cornbread. Or Fritos. Or cornbread and Fritos.

I think I’d want to serve it on buns like a slider - and with Cole slaw

I’m more focused on the fact that the recipe only calls for one packet of chili seasoning for three lbs. of meat. I’m concerned it will taste bland.

The directions called for crockpot for 4 hours. I used precooked pork and just simmered on the stove. I also only use about one pound of meat and it was plenty.

I only used one pound of precooked pulled pork and I think it was plenty of meat to beans ratio. I did add maybe 3/4 cup bbq sauce to the pot. Will definitely make it again. It was good.

We're gluten free so I'd do baked potato or rice. A bun and coleslaw would be good if I could have bread.

Cornbread would be great with that. My DH would eat that on a bed of rice.

Salad or coleslaw for me. 1 onion and a can of tomatoes doesn’t sound like many vegetables!
