Bummed they went through with the plan and then it backfired anyway. I would love to see Jon go, just because he thinks he is running the show and is SO secure.

Keith pretty much sent his son to Jury. The plan would have worked if he didn't open his big mouth.

I honestly think that Keith might be the stupidest person I've ever seen on this show. I mean seriously?? And his son Wes follows right behind. None of these morons deserve to win.
I cannot believe all of the people who stepped down from the immunity challenge for some food. Some of them just came back from eating! And Jon! He is the cockiest asshole of them all. Stepping down after only 7 minutes because they had his favorite candy bar? Omg, who are these people??
And I still love Nat but DAMN why did she have to tell Jon to play his idol? I know she wanted him gone eventually so why not just let it happen tonight?
Lol, and how about Nat's spitting incident? Yuck!

Not only did Jon stop down after seven minutes-- for a bunch of candy--he had JUST been on a reward challenge--so it's not like it had been weeks since he'd had food.
As a matter fact, he had been on the last TWO reward challenges. You sure didn't see him or his girlfriend give up their spots for this one, huh?
They're both so completely self-serving...

I was mad at Reed last week for rifling through Keith's bag--but I'm over it. I forgive him and I want him to go all the way. And I love Josh.

I have a hard time understanding Keith in a quiet room! I was baking and half listening, but he said something about everyone just "sticking to the plan". So that got Jon nervous and he played his idol. He should have kept his mouth shut.

My dh has an inane need to talk in an elevated voice during any and all tv shows. Can someone tell me what Keith said at tribal that had everyone scammering? Jeff was asking about hidden immunity Idols and who everybody thought had them. Reed said that he thought Keith had one--he was trying to make sure that Jon and the rest of his alliance believed that he was with them and voting for Keith and Wes. Keith panicked and said (clearly directed at Reed) "stick to the plan." So the jig was up and everybody knew that Reed was with Keith and Wes, especially Natalie, Who then told Jon to play his idol. If Keith hadn't said that, Jon would be gone.

But Natalie telling Jon to play his idol flushed out Jon's idol but still got someone she didn't consider in her alliance voted out. To Natalie, that was a win-win. Now, in 3 days as long as Jon doesn't win immunity, he can be voted out directly. Plus, to Jon, it looks like Natalie protected him so I don't think he will be as worried next vote. Just my guess.

I can't stand most of these people and Keith is just not that bright AND ruined the tribal council with his big mouth! The only person that I want to win now is Reed..he is playing the game and is the least annoying of the people left

Gah!!! I could have strangled Keith, I hate calling people outright dumb, but wow. Any idiot would know that everyone had to play it cool for that plan to work.
Million dollar wings for his son, and a million dollar slip of the tongue.

See, now I blame Reed for that whole debacle. Everyone knows Keith isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, so Reed should have told him he was going to play it like that. You can't expect Keith to figure that kind of mind game stuff out on his own. It was a great plan on Reed's part, but he should've covered his bases better.
I think Keith's bigger mistake was not giving his idol to Wes. His son is more likely to win immunity challenges (not that tonite's was a good example of that) and is better liked, should he make it to the final 3. If they're planning on sharing the money, they had a better shot w/Wes.
So is Natalie reeeeaallly smart and just sucking up to J&J so she stays in longer, or is she not worried about her position? I would think after the Jeremy blindside last week, she would have been furious at having been kept in the dark and flipped to the other group. They would have had the numbers to get rid of Jon w/no problem if she had done that. I'm surprised Reed didn't try to 'woo her' more.
If things keep going the way they seem to be, it could very easily end up w/a final 4 of Missy, Baylor, Jaclyn & Jon. And if that happens, the final 3 will end up being one couple and whoever can make a fire faster, lol. We shall see, I suppose . . .

I think Natalie is a smart girl and tonight really proved that Jon... is not. After everything that was said at tribal council, she still had to tell him to play his idol. Pretty much every move that Jon thinks he's made, was orchestrated by someone else.

I'm in the just so many that I can't stand group. I'm done with Jon and Jac, can't stand Nat since the very first, would seriously want to strangle Missy and Baylor if stranded on an island with them... I've been rooting for Keith, only because I tend to root for the older ones since it seems to be a young person's game...but OMG..at least give me something to work with! I disliked Reed at first but now I'm going to switch to rooting for Reed. At least he is seriously playing the game.

At least Keith admits he's not very smart when it comes to all of the game strategy. Jon thinks he is a master manipulator and expert game player. I cannot wait to see the shock on his face when he actually does get voted out!

You know, you do have a point and I DID think about the loyalty thing last night. I guess my dislike of John and his smug "I'm running this whole thing" attitude makes me nuts. I want him out so bad and I wanted it to happen then. But you're right--Wes isn't in Nat's alliance and is really stupid. Like his dad, he can't be counted on or trusted so I guess it makes sense to get him out. I really think she wants the women to go all the way, but I hope that doesn't include Jac. Actually, make it women and the gay guy and replace Jac with Reed. And you are right, flushing the idol out is almost as good (almost, but not quite) as voting him out. I just hope they don't send him back to Exile Island where he will possibly get a hold of another one. I do agree with about the mistake of Reed not prepping Keith better. He's so smart--I can't believe he didn't do a better job at that. I also agree that Keith was foolish to not give the HII to Wes. I like how he very half-heartedly tried to hand it to Wes on the way up to give it Jeff. Come on Keith, you aren't fooling anyone--we know that offer to Wes was an empty gesture. As far as Natalie, I really want to believe that she IS really smart and is sucking up just to eventually get her revenge. I think she's good at keeping her emotions in check. I believe she IS furious about what happened to Jeremy but knows that if she shows that AT ALL, she's in a precarious position. I loved that girl from the beginning and I still do. And I too wish Reed had wooed her more. Maybe that will come later (fingers crossed).

Oh and here are the links: Jeff's Q&A and Dalton's recap. Interesting note--Jeff thinks Nat made a game-changing move at TC by telling Jon to play his HII. He feels she saved Jon AND herself. Hmmm..... Now I'm off to read Dalton's--that one takes a little longer. Happy thanksgiving all!

I wrote a long reply last night but the computer ate it so I'm going to try again.
I'm so furious at Natalie! Why oh why couldn't you keep your big mouth shut! Why did you have to turn around and tell Jon, "better play your idol dude"? Up until that point it was chaos and he didn't have a clue what was going on although he was starting to get suspicious. But I truly believe if you had not said a thing, Jon would have not played the idol and he would have gone home, and I would have been cheering like crazy because I hate Jon and want him out of the game so bad I can taste it. Natalie's a smart girl, she want's him out next time so why do that? Why blow the whole thing just for the sake of order of getting people out. This game can turn on a dime and that may have been the last chance to take Jon out period. Dumb movie, Natalie. He's a very strong player although I still don't get why he and Jacyln are there and are running the entire show (but for some reason they aren't showing us they have been and still are). This was perfect until Natalie opened her big mouth. I'm mad at her. I can't help it.
I love Reed. I have loved Reed and Josh since the beginning of this game and hope Reed makes it to the end. Reed was amazing last night at the immunity challenge but I think part of it was he knew he needed it and part of it was that his body (a dancer's body) was suited to it (lean and strong). That split he did at the end was truly beautiful-it looked like a ballet move. Yeah Reed! And then orchestrating that move to get Jon out was brilliant except he didn't quite realize just how stupid (like a bag of rocks) Keith is. When explaining it to Keith I think he needed to dumb it down much slower and easier. I hate saying that about someone but it's the truth. Maybe if at all possible it would have been even smarter not to even include Keith, but I'm not sure if they had the numbers to do that. Well, live and learn. I'm sure he'll do it differently the next time.
Natalie. Natalie surprised me at the immunity challenge. Her body wasn't built for this sort of thing but maybe it was an instance of mind over matter because she wanted it, and by George she was going to get it. Nothing was going to stop her. There are a lot of things I admire in Natalie. That certainly was one of them. She did amazingly well in that challenge. Also digging for the idol at night while everyone was sleeping was a great idea and it made me realize yet again how serious she is to win this game and what a great player she is. I didn't think digging for it with Baylor was quite as great an idea because Baylor could just as easily have found the idol (thank goodness she didn't, can you imagine?) but I guess time is limited and you have to take your chances and dig when you can. Plus she trusts Baylor for some unknown reason.
I hate all girl/all guy alliances. Because not every girl/guy is a great player so why do it this way? Not every girl/guy is someone who can keep their mouth shut or who you can trust so why do it this way? I never understood the thinking behind setting up your alliances this way. I would much rather go with people I can trust, or think I can trust. If I was a guy would I want Keith on my team? Heck no, because he doesn't know when to keep he mouth shut-he isn't bright enough to keep secrets or know what to keep hidden or what he can tell. See what I mean?
Lastly all I know is I can't stand Jon, Jacyln, Baylor or Missy and don't want any of them to make it to final four. I want them out! Yes, I'd rather see Keith up there (even with his constant spitting, which by the way grosses the heck out of me) than any of them. Well, maybe Baylor I can take over Keith. But the other 3 have to go! I am so sick of Jon thinking he is the King out there and nothing can touch him. Getting down after just a few minutes for candy, after having just gone on a reward challenge and eating is ridiculous and just goes to show you how safe he thinks he is.
Also, the previews said next week is a special 2 hour Survivor. Does anyone know why? We still have so many people left.
Oh, and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Okay, just finished reading Dalton's review and Jeff's Q&A. Here's a thought-now that Baylor knows that Natalie has the idol you know exactly what she's going to do-she's going to run to Mommy (Missy) and tell her. Missy will then tell Jon and Jacyln and I'm worried now that Natalie will have a huge target on her back and they will vote her out next. It makes sense. Jon NEVER appreciates anything anyone does for him or Jacyln. He never gives back. He won't stop and think that Natalie saved his butt by what she said at tribal, because he's selfish and doesn't care about giving back. Look what he did to Jeremy. First Jeremy gives his reward to Jacyln, and Jon then sends him to Exile Island and next gets him voted out.
I did read that Natalie took Baylor along with her to search for the idol because they found the clue together and she felt it was the right thing to do. She planned though that once she found it she would hide it and pretend like she didn't find anything. But she got so excited that her emotions got the best of her and she couldn't control them, jumping up and leaping with joy shouting out. Big, big, mistake.
That's two in a row. First mistake, telling Jon to play his idol. Second mistake-letting Baylor know you found an idol. I'm afraid Natalie may have made her doom and a huge target on her back. I certainly hope not and that Reed and she can create some magic for next week. I'd love to see both of them get to the end.

I especially hated the part where Jon got this big goofy grin on his face as his name was being read and said, I'm so glad I played that idol.
Once again someone had to tell him what his next move should be and he sits there basking in his self perceived glorious intelligence.
