dangle because the cushion rises you up too much???
So, I read that the cushion is 4 inches high. My concern is that my feet only rest on the ground comfortably with the seat in the lowest position. If I'm sitting a few inches higher, that is going to make my feet dangle a bit and that puts a lot of strain on the hips and thighs. I'm using a super old office chair as it's the only one that sits low enough for my feet to rest on the ground properly (two new chairs purchased in the last 5 years were both too high). The original seat bottom is FLAT now from years of use.
Did you have this problem? Do you set something on the ground to rest your feet on that compensates for the higher position you're sitting in? I've struggled with using a foot rest before and would like to avoid that if possible.

You’re not wrong. I will say it’s worth trying. Cushion lab has an excellent refund policy. You can return within 30 days. I called to return the back cushion bc it made my back feel worse. They offered a refund minus what it would have cost to ship it back. So I gave it to my physical therapist to pass on to someone else that could use it.

I can’t use a tall seat cushion either. I’ve been wondering about buying the car seat cushion instead since it’s only 2.5” thick but I’m not sure how well that works in an office chair.

I don't use the seat cushions but I did once have a chair where I couldn't sit comfortably because my feet dangled. DH built me a small stool for under my desk. That helped immensely.
I also have to have a stool at my chair in the living room. I'm using one my grandfather made 70+ years ago.

I recently bought Cushion Lab cushions for my desk chair. And I did not have to adjust my seat. What it seemed to do is right my posture so my feet were on the ground the way they were supposed to be. I was a sit on my foot person but after I bought this hard chair and did that for a while, I developed nerve damage in my foot. I haven't been able to run for months because of it.
I didn't realize for a long time that the foot sitting was causing the damage. When I did, I actively tried to stop doing it. These cushions make it easier to not foot sit. As they prop me up a bit and make me sit correctly.
The nerve damage in my foot is starting to heel and now I may be able to run again starting next month. My office chair is a very hard desk chair from Costco. The price was right but the chair is awful.

I bought the Cushion Lab for my back, but it didn't feel/fit me, so I'm using it as a seat cushion instead. It's not too high that I had to change the seat height but enough cushion for my rear to be comfortable.

That’s a good idea. I should have tried that before I gave mine away.

Chewy did something similar (but didn't refund what it would have cost to send because they didn't have us send). We ordered special boots for our dog, but she lost her use of her back legs so fast that we couldn't use it. They refunded the money and told us to donate it to somewhere that could use it! We donated to the humane society where my daughter adopted her cat!

Yes they did the same thing Chewy does. I guess they can’t resell it so they refund the cost MINUS what it would have cost to ship it back to them.

Well, I decided to go for it so I ordered the seat cushion just now. I've now seen everything--on the purchase page was a section to add a "tip" for the Cushion Lab personnel!!! I selected none and just hope my customer service, if I need it, isn't "down graded".
