I’m pretty much over Covid, but I’ve been left with severe sleep problems and migraine. I looked it up, and it’s definitely a thing. Lucky me.
anyone else had/have this lovely experience?

Never had Covid, but I'm sorry you're dealing with longterm effects. I wouldn't know with those symptoms since I have daily migraines + sleep issues. Hope you can figure out how to beat both. I take ambien to help me sleep, and for my migraines I'm on (old-school) Maxalt (brand only) 10 mg. They work! Feel better. xo

Yes both my daughter and I. Hers lasted about 4 weeks and mine about 6 weeks. I have Ubrelvy and it didn't even touch it. Our migraines did ebb and flow, but was always lurking.
I had covid in January of this year and I still have a cough. I have fatigue as well but that can be from my RA.

Sure but nobody gives two shits about my long Covid. Masks are over and I’m the problem if I can’t get back to normal. Sigh.
Yes headaches long term unfortunately have been part of the two year package. I wish you well.

I’ll go see my doctor next week and see if he has any suggestions. thank you for your kindness.

I am sorry to hear the experiences of my fellow peas, but a little comforted that I’m not alone. I don’t know why I didn’t anticipate this possibility with Covid. I swear, everything that happens to me causes migraines.
My brain is such a snowflake.

I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I've been very lucky and have never gotten Covid. I have however been dealing with migraines for the past 42 years. 3 years ago I was chronic getting 25 migraines a month. My neurologist suggested trying medical marijuana since none of the other medications available at the time were working. Just using MM I'm now down to 4-6 migraines a month. From 25. If MM is legal in your state maybe check into it?
First though I agree with seeing your doctor. Since Imitrex isn't working anymore there are other, newer medications out there that you might be able to try. I'm currently using Ubrelvy with MM and the combination has been working very well. I wish you and everyone on here that gets migraines, a painless future.

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with lingering headaches and hope they pack up and leave you post haste. If not, good luck finding a way to evict them!
