The court needs to be expanded. This is just batshit crazy! This court is going to strip the rights of everyone if they are not stopped.

WTF! This will most certainly cause a rise in gun purchases and hence violence.

This makes zero sense. On the border of what? They expected hordes of people washing up on the shores of Hawaii?

What? Washington, DC is in the yellow. What border are we 100 miles from? Are we even that close to the eastern edge of our country? Plus don't we get extra miles out into the ocean? Plus, the whole thing is stupid. And dangerous.

I always knew about the 100 mile thing, but I never knew they included bodies of water. I also did not know they could enter your home without permission. That is insane! I read a comment on Twitter that if you have nothing to hide it is just a minor inconvenience. BS!
When you drive north out of San Diego, there are border control check points as you leave the county. They are open at random times. Usually they just wave you on, unless you fit a profile they are looking for. They must also get tips because they stopped a British man who overstayed his VISA by years! He had a successful business in San Diego, but he was stopped at the check point.
I was also surprised by a check point as you leave El Paso and head into New Mexico. At that one, they stop every car and question you.

I think the issue with the ruling, not addressed there by the ACLU, is that we now cannot sue federal agencies whose agents abuse their power. For example, those who violate supposed safe zones like schools and churches to arrest for immigration violations. Perhaps I’m misunderstanding the situation.
