Today is teacher Prime Day on Amazon. Lots of items teachers need for their classrooms area on sale 40% off or more. Please consider searching for a local teacher's list and sending them a RAK. I would like to also encourage refupea teachers to post their lists here. This group has always been supportive of me and I appreciate it so much. I have found over the last two years that the covid pandemic has changed the needs of my students. Because I teach kindergarten, my classroom is often children's first school experience. I have seen more anxiety and social emotional learning needs than ever. I am hoping to gain additional SEL resources from my Amazon wishlist. Please consider helping me or another teacher pea while everything is on sale! My title I school provides a bare minimum. Two years ago I received 12 expo markers for my 18 students. That was for the entire year! Since I began teaching, I have spent an average of $2.000 a year on my students! I know other teachers who spend even more. We appreciate any and all support. Here is my wishlist: www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2IH8JYY53S3IK?ref_=wl_shareI am hoping other teacher peas will share their lists as well.

Thank you so much for sharing this w/us. This is going to be my son's first year in his own high school classroom. He's job hunting as I type. I posted in another thread that I was amazed at all of the teacher discounts that are available. Thank you to all of our refuteachers for doing great work for our future.

A big thank you from me too. My dd is a first grade teacher. She’s been doing it for a long time, but I’m pretty sure she has to buy lots of stuff every year. And, I don’t think she even does Amazon ( I know, strange ). I’ll contact her now.

I’m going to share mine this year because, as a part-time teacher, I’ll have less funding from the school. But I still want to continue to do big things with the kids! I have some bigger ticket items in here, like additional ukuleles so we have a full classroom set, but lots of smaller price items as well. Specialist teachers often get left out of family-purchased supplies like pencils and boxes of Kleenex. Thanks for looking! www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1SAST0MOSXENK?ref_=wl_share

Here is my list. I’ve been blessed by so many sweet peas these past two years when I’ve shared. I also love buying from other teachers peas! Last year I started as a Title 1 Interventionist in a K-4 school. I really had no idea what I would need. I will be returning to that position and have a much better idea of what I need and what I had to by throughout the year. Any help would be so appreciated! www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/7394G2HK2C7A?ref_=wl_share

Please know that any classroom donations are so appreciated. You have no idea. My second graders love all of their “presents.” www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/15PP2K5XUCOXZ?ref_=wl_sharePlease ignore the big ticket item. Our PTO is doing a random gifting. Hoping they purchase it for my room.

I've never posted a wish list before but with not getting a classroom supply budget (besides for pencils/crayons/paper/etc) and sending my child to technical college this fall the items on my list are outpacing what I can buy for my classroom. I'm an intervention teacher at a Title One school who is trying to bring a lot more phonics into my teaching to help students who are 2-3 years below grade level in reading. This is my sixth year and I've slowly been adding things each year as I walked into an empty classroom when I started. I've never made an Amazon wishlist to post before so hopefully I did it correctly so everyone can see it and my address isn't posted. Thanks for anyone who is able to help out - I appreciate it so much. www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1TYKUHHAAFFAM?ref_=wl_share

I just started mine, but here it is. We are moving into a new building, so I am keeping my lost with this one. Please ignore the expensive stuff, those are ideas for the new room and I should get a small budget for that. Thanks in advance www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1J6VV33DR305R?ref_=wl_share

I love that the peas always think about teachers! I’m moving from middle school to continuation high school math and science! My students, and I, love the gifts from the peas! I put the gift tags on my shite board for back to school night so parents can see that my room has been stocked with love from friends across the country! 🥰 Here’s my list. . Please ignore the monster periodic table. It’s there so I remember to tell my new principal about it. www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/NGJ27QZJEAI0?ref_=wl_share

Edited to correct link The peas are always so generous. We usually get a little to spend on our classrooms, but it’s gone before you get half of what you need. I teach in a Title 1 school (very low income) and usually only 2 or 3 students bring supplies. Here’s my list www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2JI1MTDXS13LU?ref_=wl_share

The peas always support us! Thank you. I am a special ed teacher, teaching resource grades 4th and 5th. I don't receive any supplies since they go to the student's homeroom teacher. I spend a lot of money out of my own pocket. I don't regret it one bit, because my students are amazing and show growth every year. Here is my list. Thanks!! www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3LJGO5KKE1UXM?ref_=wl_share

My preschool just received a ton of pandemic grant money from the state and all my needs will be taken care of. Looking forward to paying it forward this year since I won’t have to spend anything on my own classroom. Time to do some shopping so keep the lists coming!

jenjie, is it my imagination or do you also have a history teaching child? Not me! I was a teacher assistant for a short time and dd is doing that. My son taught last year but is taking this year off. he joyfully spent a good chunk of his paycheck for his class. Or just for his enjoyment. 😂

I love that we do this, help out teachers.
As with many fund raising, I hate that we have to.

I’m so happy people are sharing their lists! I went into school yesterday as I received a text from our custodian that supplies were in. Here is what our four kindergarten classes have to divide up: 60 glue sticks (15 per teacher for the entire year. Last year I had 20 students). One box of expo markers. One box of folders. 25 boxes of crayons (16pk), and 25 boxes (8pk). I am in shock. Are we expected to choose which kids get 8 and which 16? There aren’t even enough for all of the kids! Off I go to modify my list. This is so frustrating! www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2IH8JYY53S3IK?ref_=wl_share

I came home today to two envelopes from my wishlist. I was so excited and grateful. I am not sure who they are from as one package had no name on it and one package listed their given name and not their pea name. I wanted to post a thank you here since I am unable to send a personal message. To whomever sent these, please know that they are very much appreciated. This means so much to me and will really help my students out. Last year I made copies of some printable decodable readers that I found online - my kids were so excited that they were able to take something home that they could actually read to their parents as most books and most grade level materials are out of their reach. They will be so excited to be able to read an actual book that isn't printed out and stapled, although we will still use those to give extra variety. Thanks for the smelly stickers too. They are a real incentive for the students to read their book to their parent/guardian at home so they can earn a scratch n sniff sticker on Friday. Thank you!
