Finish Shimelle's stencil class - one video/layout to go
Finish AD's 4x6 sketch class - I'm only 1/2 done
organise the 2017 trip photos by layout and maybe get started scrapping them

Mail out the Halloween/Fall cards. Doing that today
Create Halloween cards for my nieces and nephews.
Have about 10 pocket page spreads I need to work on.
Work on Thanksgiving cards for family - got the Hero Arts Thankful Pumpkin die and stamp set. Need to make 7 of them.
Start on more Christmas cards - bought the Hero Arts Merry Snowmen stamp and die set so excited to use that. I have 18 made so far. Goal is 50. Not sure if I will be able to get 100+ out this year due to finances.
I want to make a football wreath for my dad for USC.

think about September OLW. It didn't resonate with me. Maybe I will revisit a previous year Sept prompt and ponder it.

Not much scrapping planned, only two small day crops. I am becoming more and more overwhelmed by the number of photos I have that increases substantially each week. I had spent 2 retreats working on some living history photos and making some progress, until I went to put the layouts away and found page protectors full of earlier unscrapped photos. I swear, despondency struck my soul.
I have to set very small goals it seems. At the 2 day crops which are only 6 hours each, I can choose one recent category. I never finished last Christmas so I had an idea to possibly finish those layouts.
Truly I am getting so far beyond overwhelmed that I am getting more and more unproductive. But I still love my hobby and want to meet some small goals if nothing else.

I would really love to at least start editing the photos from my trip to Canada this spring.
I haven't done any scrapbooking since February so am looking forward to getting back into it, but it's probably ambitious to think I'll create any pages this month. I'll be happy to just be back in my craft room editing and printing photos.

1. Repair the three layouts my toddler got ahold of and began picking apart.
2. Make a layout about my toddler discovering my scrapbooks and picking the layouts apart.
(This happened 30 minutes ago. 😆😆😆)

Y’all I finished Allison’s 4x6 class and I’m so proud of myself. 😁 Having a weekly layout goal is really helpful to me so my goal for this month is to stay current with the Fall Favorites Challenge that’s happening in Nicole Bingaman’s fb group. I’m looking forward to using some of my fall collections.
I’d also like to scrap some recent pics of DD and her bf. They’re adorable.
Five layouts for the month is a good, doable goal for me.

I brainstormed a list of 31 ideas for pages I want to make from the last year or two that are not immediately apparent from looking through my photos like inside jokes with my partner, then vs. now, etc. October is my second-most photographed month of the year (after December, of course) with all the autumn and Halloween activities going on so I certainly won't get all 31 done now but I'm keeping the list close by for when I feel scrappy but am not sure what to make. I'd be happy to get one page done from the list per week.

Kicked dd out of the craft room this afternoon and caught up on heaps of album journaling for the past few months in three separate albums/projects. Now I just need to get it all printed and I’m… caught up to September. Nope, can’t be right.
PSA when I say caught up I mean for this year… still finishing my wedding album from 2008 so no bragging here! Feels good to have some progress on these projects even if it wasn’t getting to play with the pretty stuff and was the boring part I hate doing instead. I also went through my ae dd items and listed what I know I’ll never use as a few lots on (Aussie) eBay to try and destash. Wish me luck!

I've now printed all the photos for June, and I have one set of photos left to print for Aug, which I will do when I go to scrap the page. I've made some progress on my pocket pages this month and have completed at least four. I'm down to 7 of the sketchtember sketches, so I've completed four of those. I know we have some beautiful spring weather expected later this week, but next week is expected to bring more rain so I'm hopeful I'll get a little bit more done this month. |

I am going to a 6 hour crop tomorrow and I am going to do something I have never done in all my years of going to crops. I am NOT going to scrap at all. Instead I am taking packs of photos and page protectors and I am going to sort these photos for eventual layouts.
If I scrapped 12x12 I could stick in paper and such to use specifically, but I scrap 8.5x11 so that doesn't work for me.
I had been tossing photos into iris cases based on theme and I feel like the photos are just disappearing in there. At least this way I know that the photos are chronological and I can more easily see what needs to be scrapped.

I kept trying to make the digital files I have work. I think I just bought the wrong things. Some are cute but ultimately they are not my style. |

I did, however, finish my Christmas swap items and scrap about 5 layouts. Not bad considering family was visiting and we had birthday celebrations last month. |
