We're spending a week in northern Wisconsin on a lake. On Saturday we went to a festival and on our ride home with about 5 miles to go, I see something ahead of me. All of a sudden there is something the shape of Sasquatch, Big Foot... whatever you want to call it. Not kidding. Dark brown/black color. It couldn’t have been a bear, it was too tall. It walked into the woods. I have no idea. Maybe someone dresses up in a costume to play a trick on visitors? I’ll have to ask in town. It was very weird. Every seen something like that?

That does sound weird, I’d love to know if you find out 😊

If my bil finds out, he and my sister will be there in a flash. Bil is a doctor, and full on believes in Bigfoot! They have even gone on a couple of Bigfoot expeditions. 😂

I don't “believe” in BigFoot but I don't disbelieve either. It would not surprise me if someday BigFoot can be documented.

It could be bear. My girlfriend lives up that way and has bears on her property.

Okay, exactly how much were you drinking at the festival? I'm just kidding. That is so cool! So it was walking upright, like a person? Did you stop the car to keep an eye on it, or did it go by too fast?

Well unless you have a grainy far away photo/video, how can we believe this? Bears can walk on two legs at times-usually if they are in fight mode. Also, what time of day was it?

Could be someone dressed up in costume to play pranks, too.

Bears are tall on their hind legs. But you never know!

That's just Harry. Don't mind him, he's harmless.

I think it would be fun to dress up and fool people but at the same time I would be afraid that someone would shoot me. Could be good for the tourist trade. Probably a bear but still kind of fun.

I find the siting quite interesting. I am currently watching Ancient Aliens on Netflix and have just seen the first episode about the Mayans and about 1/4 of the second episode that they call “The Greys” referring to extraterrestrial beings.
I think there is still so much about both space and our own planet that we don’t understand and I am open to the possibility of creatures on this planet that we haven’t come into regular contact with as well at possible beings from other planets. I can’t say I fully believe in these things, but I am open to the possibility of them.

I’m thinking a bear with nagging lower back pain. Kinda fun to consider all of the possibilities, honestly!

Those of us with cabins in northern Wisconsin may need to know more details about location. Were you at Cranberry Festival?

Lovely, my cabin isn't too far from there. I have a friend whose family has had a cabin in Manitowish for many years. I'll have to ask her if she's heard or seen anything. We do have cameras at our cabin and no yeti sightings yet.

I vote for it to be whatever you want it to be. I was going to say I think it's all bunk, but your answer is so much more diplomatic. We don't all have to think the same, do we?

That's so cool. Bear, prank, or bigfoot, I would get a huge kick out of seeing something "unexplained".
