The white wall boards and generous windows really help it feel spacious. I'd need a bathtub though.

I live full time in a 32” long Motorhome 2 adult and two Labs so this little house look roomy to me , my husband and I often commented that we really don’t miss the house and all the stuff that come with it but we change location one or twice a week, see and do new things every weeks, we’re are having a fantastic time. . That being said the day we decided to buy a house again it will be bigger then this , we went to be able to have friends and family over .

I could live there for sure, but not in that state...

It's cute, but I don't think it's cute enough to cost $363 a square ft. w/ no land included.

I am fascinated by tiny homes, and watch a lot of YouTube tours of them. I like to see the ways they build in storage and how they make things fit.
BUT, I don’t think I could ever live in one full time. I like my shoes and books and craft supplies - and those alone could fill a tiny house. I also could never do the loft spaces where you have to crawl/can’t stand up, and I’d never survive having stairs or ladder to get to and from the bathroom in the middle of the night. I also want full size appliances, a flushing toilet, and an attached garage.

Cute, but monthly HOA fees are a downer, not to mention having to park away from the home. I am spoiled to having the car nearby for carrying in groceries etc. Also, that location means a long drive to a full service grocery store, not to mention medical care.

No way would I move anyplace with that high of a HOA that’s nuts plus taxes and then the fact that your neighbors are right in top of you. I don’t think I could live in that small a space that’s smaller than our bedroom.

If I were single and didn’t have a kid at home, I could 100% live there. Even with working from home. I have been feeling so internally compelled to dramatically reduce the amount of stuff in my life and the amount of time I spend taking care of stuff.
I wouldn’t choose that location, though.

$750/month plus $150,000 for a glorified trailer park? Nope.
I'm fascinated by tiny living though - but actual tiny homes, not tricked out trailers.
