I was taking kimono wearing lessons in Japan oh say a million years ago and I was watching a video of it. Did you know lots of Japanese people due to anatomy they have flat behinds and have to wear prostheses so they have have butts? If I hadn't seen it on TV I wouldn't have believed it. Artificial butts. I have enough to share.

Hm..my mom's side of the family are all Japanese and as far as I know, no prosthetic butts. Then again, they probably don't advertise it.  My aunt does wear those sars masks sometimes. Not because she's worried about sars, but because she wants to hide her wrinkles.  |

These are like things you attach around your waist that reach down to your butt to make your butt look bigger. Shiji nai to ikenai desu. (You just gotta believe me). I didn't need any butt enhancement when I wore kimono and I wore kimono all the time. I took Nihobuyo (traditional dance) and ocha kai (tea ceremony) and wore one at least 2x week.
