Usually on Thanksgiving, when we are going to eat mid-afternoon (3ish), I will fix a big ole lumberjack breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, and then coffee cake and fruit.
We usually have that around 9 or so and it keeps us full until dinner.
This year DD suggested we have our Thanksgiving meal around noon so there is time for sandwiches later. Which I have no problem with since that is my favorite part of the day anyway (although since DD doesn't eat turkey, much less turkey sandwiches, I was surprised at her suggestion).
Anyway, with eating early I still have to offer something for breakfast and don't want to just throw cold cereal out there.
I saw a video of someone who made sausage balls with boxed stuffing mix instead of bisquick. Has anyone ever made these? Are they good? Can they be made early and rewarmed?
I am getting tired of the cinnamon monkey bread/pull apart thing and need some new ideas for something easy that can be mixed the night before and baked the next day.
What do you serve for breakfast on big meal holidays?

We eat later in the day, so I have made a breakfast casserole for many years. With your timeframe, I'd just have bagels and cream cheese or let people have cold cereal. You will be busy trying to get the big meal ready for noon and probably arent going to want to also be making a big breakfast. That being said, sausage balls are good- Ive only made them with Bisquick though.
