If you're going to WF, go to the olive bar. I personally HATE the effers, but fancy olives? WIN!

A cheese ball and crackers would work.

I've done the fancy olives at the olive bar thing before when I run out of time.

The quickest appetizer I can make is to spread a block of cream cheese on a plate. Spread cocktail or chili sauce over it. Spread drained canned shrimp over it. Sprinkle grated cheese over it and perhaps some black olives if you have them. Serve with crackers. I can easily make this in less than five minutes and it always goes over well.

One of the best things I've had is a block of cream cheese with chili sauce poured over and served with Ritz crackers. You could cut the block of cheese into a Christmas tree or something...

The cream cheese with pepper jelly on top is popular around here.

A friend of mine in Texas always put a can of refried beans spread in a baking dish. Then she pours salsa over that and sprinkles cheese on top. Served with tortilla chips. Always gets eaten. Kind of a few things from the 7 layer dip but just as good and not as messy.

Whole foods has some great pre-made dips and fun crackers and breads. I love their olive tapenade.

The easiest to me is a brick of cream cheese, with some sort of something poured over the top. Serve with crackers or veggies. No cooking at all!
