Our most exciting concert was Harry Styles in L.A. with my three girls in January! It was so fun to make my girls dreams come true! Such a great concert! We technically saw Post Malone tonight at the NBA All-Star Game, but I felt old and didn’t even know who the guys that sang at half-time were. We also have Taylor Swift tickets to see her in Las Vegas in March and in July in Denver. My hubby and I are going to Vegas to see Ed Sheeran in September and that is a total bucket list one for me! Harry’s shows are magical. I saw Ed a couple years ago and he was amazing. You’ll have a great time.

Tickets for everyone I’m interested in are so expensive that I’ve given up on concerts. Just not worth it to me to spend +$1000 for a show.

I am seeing P!nk and Pat Benatar in August, Duran Duran in September (saw them last August as well), Depeche Mode in October (tickets go on sale tomorrow for their second leg of the US).
We didn't go to many concerts when the kids were little but now that they are out of the house, we go every chance we get.
I haven't ever seen tickets over a few hundred. I think the most I paid for 2 tickets ever is $400. That said, I have zero interest in Beyonce or Taylor Swift.

We only paid $200 for our Taylor Swift tix - decent, no stupendous seats - she obviously could have charged 2-3x that and still sold out, but the tickets day of were not crazy expensive. Even the second row, center floor seats that were in my cart for Las Vegas were only $500ish - alas they didn't go through. I can only imagine what those would be reselling for right now.

Maybe Taylor Swift. My DD does have tickets. She is taking her little sister. The other ticket is either going to me or her hubby. I told her if he really wanted to go I would bow out of the running.. lol.
I don't go to many concerts so that is really the only one in the works.
Edited to add.. she paid about or little over $300 per ticket for decent seats.. but what sucked was the fees for the tickets.. around $100ish.. so really tickets were $200ish plus the fees.

We are taking our son to his first concert for his 18th birthday in April. Lee Brice is coming to town in April and we are all big country music fans so perfect timing. We saw Lee Brice for Valentine's day at the San Antonio rodeo... it was AH-MAZE-ING!!! It was such a good show... we also saw Tracy Byrd on the 13th and Keith Urban on Saturday... it was a good week for country music... the rodeo was a good time also... i know a lot of pea-ple are anti-rodeo... I am also taking my bff to see P!nk in Sept in SA for her bday... My dd and I have Hamilton in June... those have been moved and moved and rescheduled since pre-covid... super excited to finally see that show!!! We will also see the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorn baseball... but nothing on the calender for those yet...

We have Duran Duran tickets at Red Rocks in late August. My 8-year-old-self would be so impressed. I would love to see anything at Red Rocks! Lucky you!! Been to two concerts there.. and it is amazing. The walk to the venue is HORRIBLE though. It's like walking straight up a mountain. I was dying by the time we got to our seats. lol Saw Bonnie Raitt and John Mayer there.. I won tickets to see John (my sister and I went) and bought tickets for DH and I to see Bonnie (he loves her)

The one and only time I saw Madonna, we only got to see about 30 minutes of her show because despite the fact that the show started at 8 and she had 2 opening acts which played for 30 minutes each, she didn't take the stage until 11:30! We took the Metro down to DC to the arena and they stopped running the trains around midnight (because the stupid primadonna had to make everyone wait for her royal highness) so we couldn't stay for the show. It was the first concert I took my dd to and I was completely disgusted with her lack of professionalism. Not everyone can stay out until 3 am on a worknight to see her.

I have mobility issues and would be hurting if I had to do that.

My boyfriend and I have tickets to see Old Dominion in April and John Mellencamp in June.
Chris Stapleton will be here in June. We are bummed that we are going to miss him, but we will be on vacation. I've already paid to reschedule the trip once and I won't pay to reschedule it again, so we will have to miss out on Chris.

Yeah waaay back, concerts would start several hours late. Now (at least the ones I go to), they seem to start within about 15 minutes of the scheduled time. I guess the performers want to get to bed early also!

I’m seeing Dinosaur Jr this coming Sunday. They are an alternative rock band more known in the 90’s. That’s all I have. I blew my concert budget by seeing Harry Styles four times in the past 12 months. No regrets though. He’s so worth it. I think I saw them at Lollapallooza (or however spelled) in the 90's, in fact.

Going to New Orleans Jazz Fest with Lizzo, Ed Sheeran, H.E.R., Tom Jones, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, and a ton of other acts. Probably going to Willie Nelson’s 90th. Roger Waters in Barcelona, Pink Martini, Stevie Nicks & Billy Joel.

Yea for Duran Duran. I have seen them 8 times. We saw them last August and are seeing them again in September. I have seen them 4 times. Recently, my sister and I were discussing concerts and I said "I think I have seen everyone that I have ever wanted to see" and she said "Me too...except I haven't seen Duran Duran" - no kidding, 3 days later, they announced their US Tour. We swiped up those tickets - it will be my 5th time and her 1st time seeing them. We can't wait.

I have mobility issues and would be hurting if I had to do that. There is a parking lot at the top, and the top row of seats is for disability access. If you qualify for that, it is doable as it’s wheelchair friendly. The first row is also reserved for disability access and I don’t know how people get there. Unless it’s more for people with sight, hearing, or other disabilities that don’t affect their ability to climb a really big hill. The other top 20 or so rows are usually General Admission seating. So if you can park up top, you won’t have that many steps to climb, the tickets are cheaper and the view is still amazing. It’s a place where it’s not bad to be far from the stage because of the whole scene. On non-concert days anyone can park up top. That’s what we did to take DH’s parents to see the venue.

There's a whole other disabled lot that accesses rows 1-3. By far the easiest way to navigate Red Rocks is to take a shuttle or cab - they'll drop you at either of those entrances and you miss the whole walking experience from the main lots.

I was lamenting the fact that we have no concerts planned yet. Then my SIL just now messaged me to say she'd bought us tickets to Pub Choir. I've never been to one of these shows before, SIL has, and she said it is sooooo much fun! They always have a special guest (someone well known from the Australian music scene) make an appearance on stage. So not technically a concert, but at least it involves music and singing!

I'm seeing Stevie Nicks and Billy Joel in May. She's been on my must-see list forever I was excited to see her on tour here back in the mid to late 80s, but we came away quite disappointed. It was at the time when she had addiction issues, and the concert was a bit of a train wreck. At least that won't be an issue for you, it should be fabulous!
