Last year was a great year for me, one week I took in 3 shows! ( Norah Jones, Third Eye Blind, and Chris Isaak with Lyle Lovett) The highlight was the band The War On Drugs at Red Drugs at Red Rocks. So far coming up this year I’ve got Muse in April, Coldplay, and one of my favorites , The National. I’ve got The National on my concert bucket list! This will be my second time. They are so very good. Matt sang several songs walking through the audience, and came right by me. and BTW, have you seen them do the old folk song Peggy-O on YouTube? It’s my new (ish) favorite thing.

Been to two concerts there.. and it is amazing. The walk to the venue is HORRIBLE though. It's like walking straight up a mountain. I was dying by the time we got to our seats. lol Saw Bonnie Raitt and John Mayer there.. I won tickets to see John (my sister and I went) and bought tickets for DH and I to see Bonnie (he loves her) We were going to get tickets for Red Rocks because dh's Colorado office is only about an hour from there. We were going to see if he could fly there for work and then only need to buy me a ticket but we couldn't make it happen. I'm glad we didn't get tickets based on what you just said. I have mobility issues and would be hurting if I had to do that. One of my daughters was supposed to accompany me to Denver for some sight seeing and the show. She had to back out at the last minute, so my other DD lovingly agreed to go, even though the band, The War On Drugs, wasn’t her thing. She has asthma! And carries more weight than she’d like. I felt so bad for her. We took a shuttle out to the venue, and from the parking lot, there were a lot of stairs to walk down into the amphitheater. I left her to climb up and get our seats quickly so we wouldn’t be up too far from the stage. But after the show—all those stairs had to be walked up. I felt so bad for her. Still, it was a wonderful night. And I’d love to go back. It compares well with the Gorge Amphitheater in Washington State, although the latter has a campground which really enhances the experience.

Concerts are not something i usualy want to go to. Too many people, over stimulating, those kind of reasons. My teenager wanted to see Taylor Swift so I am going with her and I am overwhelmed by it already and it isn't until July lol. I do get to go to Red Rocks for Bare Naked Ladies/Del Amitri/Semisonic. I have seen BNL there before and except for the leaving, it isn't too overwhelming.

Good concert year so far for me. I have seen Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp on back to back Fridays. I just got back from Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds’s Festival in Cancun. Best times ever❤️❤️❤️ it was a girls trip and we had the most fun!,
Hope to see James Taylor in June.

I’m seeing Dinosaur Jr this coming Sunday. They are an alternative rock band more known in the 90’s. That’s all I have. I blew my concert budget by seeing Harry Styles four times in the past 12 months. No regrets though. He’s so worth it. Dinosaur jr was one of my favorite bands back in the 90s. I still listen to the guitar solo in Start Choppin.

Going to see Red Hot Chili Peppers in May, and we'll go see some local shows once the outdoor amplitheaters open back up.

Doesn't look like it.
The two bands I adore and always see in concert are Tori Amos and Marillion. I've seen them multiple times over the years. Tori Amos will play in MD. again this year in May. Sadly her tickets have gotten so expensive because of Ticket Bastard that it's just not worth it to me anymore. The last few times I saw her I paid over $200.00 each.
Marillion is my favorite band of all time. They are a British band that are much more popular in Europe than they are here. I can still see them for a reasonable price because of that, but it's gotten so expensive for them to come here to the USA to tour that they rarely do. The last time was in 2016 (7 years ago). I would LOVE to see them at least one more time.
I also love seeing Ludovico Einaudi in concert. I think I've seen him 4 times so far, but he's also gotten very popular and with that his ticket prices have gone up.

For now, probably just the ones at Open Mic.
The (new) Village People will be having a free concert in conjunction with the St. Patrick's Day parade. Last year was Sugar Ray. If I go I need to mask up since last year's concert sent me to the hospital. Literally. (Yay bad lungs)

No. Sadly. I have looked at tickets for 3 artists and all of them were about $200 for one nosebleed seat. Without the added fees.
I got a new job and I got a big raise in January but I just don't make the money to spend hundreds of dollars on a concert with one artist. We have a lot of music festivals in my city in the summer so I might go to one of those and see multiple artists for the same price.

Taylor Swift was the only concert I wanted to see this year, but the Ticketmaster fiasco left me without tickets since I won't pay the inflated fees the other sites are offering. I'll just shake it off and wait patiently for another album release.
