Friends (although this one I haven't in quite awhile)

If I can't pick something to watch I usually go back to Gilmore Girls.
Oh there some you guys came up with:

Big Bang
Seinfeld
Castle.. I haven't but will add because I LOVED it.. (The Rookie is good too with Nathan Fillion in it.. but I still love Castle a little more)
Gwad.. more..
Andy Griffith (just watched it from beginning to end.. and frankly after Barney leaves I didn't like and Andy was mean/grouchy to little Opie)
The Middle
and another one that I can't believe I didn't mention... Alias .. I think I have watched three times through.

I've never seen Gilmore Girls, but the rest of your list works for me. I also watch Seinfeld, MASH, Fraiser, South Park. If it is funny, I'll watch it if I need to watch tv.
ETA: Scrubs. I love the relationship between JD and Turk.

Frasier. It surprises me just how funny this one is. The Office and Buffy are others. I tried rewatching Friends and Seinfeld. They don't hold up well.

#1 is Seinfeld.
I've seen every episode too many times to count, and laugh out loud every time. I was watching Curb Your Enthusiasm last night, and it was the episodes where they were doing the Seinfeld reunion. It felt like I was watching a new Seinfeld episode - so good!
Also Sex and the City.
And Friends.

Lately, we're turning on Castle and Bones when we need background noise on the TV. Also, original Law & Order, and there was a phase we were watching MASH during dinner because it was on MeTV or something.

Big Bang and lately Superstore. I never watched Superstore when it was on. I started watching it not expecting much but I really like it for just mindless entertainment. Big Bang is probably my all time favorite. I've watched all of those episodes a zillion times.
I almost forgot, when I can find it I never pass on the first few seasons of Leave it to Beaver when he was very young. Didn't like him as he got big and dorky but the first couple of seasons are so damned cute.
